My Italian loving family chose to swing by here one night. One starving hangry older kid, and three adults. Nice range of drinks and menu items with something for everyone. Burgers to capelli The service was on the ball! Great food! The giant meatball was quickly devoured and asked about for more. K
Absolutely amazing! Really authentic food, flavorful but not greasy. Best eggplant parmesan I've ever had. Delicious wines. Bread like a pillow. Very pleasant staff.
The happy hour menu here is amazing! The chefs choice bruchetta was so good, I could have eaten it all night. Plus, the prices on the happy hour menu are insanely cheap for how good the food is. The cocktails are great here too and the bartenders and servers are super friendly and knowledgeable. Hig
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here, the atmosphere is perfect. Our waiter was attentive without being overbearing. He had great recommendations. We plan on bringing friends/family from out of town next time. The oysters were delicious and very fresh. You should give the pasta a try as well, the n
Oh my goodness, what a gem! We were headed to Yakuza’s - a serious favorite of mine, but they were closed for a private party and the server suggested we go to Nonna down the street a block away. We spent three hours, drank excellent cocktails, ate fantastically delicious food - every single dish wa
Pros: Great food! They use very complementary flavors to make normal food more gourmet. Atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable. I loved the rustic tavern feel mixed with upscale food. Definitely plan to go back. Cons: lack of comfortable chairs/barstools. (Most are wood with little to no cushion). Bu
Always a great experience. Great cocktails and a nice sized menu. We always end up ordering a little of everything to share so we get the full experience. The chocolate cookie with malted milk is perfect.
this was a really tasty meal. creative italian fare presented in a cool space. the bread was quite fantastic, as were most things on offer. we ordered a selection of small plates and pastas, and were really happy with most everything - the one thing we ordered that wasn't to our taste was removed fr

casual elegant..... two very enjoyable trips here for a light bite and interesting cocktail. We wouldn't hesitate to try a full dinner. It's a relaxed pace, so plan to stay awhile.
Incredible cocktails. I got a negroni with Sfumato amaro that was amazing— recommended by the ‘tender. Like a sweet Christmas tree in a cup. The burger wasn’t bad either. Extremely flavorful and juicy with pickles that took it home... to ma belly. Go here. Support this place.
I had the most divine meal yesterday at Nonna's. My entree was the most perfect whole trout I have ever eaten. Between our meals and the heavenly dessert of Panna Cotta with rhubarb compote, we floated away in a cocoon of joy. Every element from the incredible staff, lighting, glorious wines, was
The more casual side of the same group that owns Doc. We decided this would bra great place for us to bring our parents. It has the staples, good wine selection, and isn't too full of itself. Make reservations and enjoy!
Fantastic vibe and food and live music at this cozy and stylishneighborhood tavern. Was a big fan of their pastas, vegetable dishes and wine and cocktails when Nonna was a restaurant.... now an event space is book in a second.
Upon entering NONNA, the horseshoe shaped bar beckons, but the intimate tables are perfect for date nights. Don't skimp on the bread and butter just because it's not free - it's well worth the couple of extra dollars they charge for it. When they're on the menu, the brussels sprouts are a must have,
Nonna is a hidden gem in Northeast Portland. Check out their brunch or enjoy live jazz and dinner on Wednesdays. If it's a nice day, I highly recommend their back patio. It's absolutely adorable.
This is a wonderful and cozy neighborhood restaurant with delicious reasonably priced food. This is our go to date night spot when we want to share some food and catch up on conversation in a quiet romantic warm setting.
