Ash Street Saloon - Portland - Photo album

Always a good time! Love the live music. Cheap beers and happy hour special. And goodness gracious, top notch burger! I had no idea! Get here.
Okay, so I've only been here once... but they have Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, which is always a winner for me. The live show I saw was pretty awesome, and I imagine if I were to go there for a slightly more popular band and the turnout was better, that the place would be great for ambiance and energy.
Great little venue. Saw Thank You, Scientist there and loved how intimate it was (very easy to get a spot only a few rows from the front). Beer was reasonable and I hope to come to more concerts here from now on.
Seen a bunch of killer concerts here! It's always busy then of course. Staff does a great job of getting everyone drinks. The food is good. Good venue decent sound
Pro - Smoking Area - Music - Hours Con - Drink Selection - Food -Smoking Area While not being a smoker, I know this is the reason most people I know come here. They have a patio smoking area where you can take drinks out to and it is rather roomy. The best I kind think of for at least a quarter mi
My favorite dive bar in town, if there's music you do not have to pay the cover to drink in the bar. Happy hour PBRs 1.25 bub. Service is what you would expect from a real Portland bar so no whining. Lots of metal shows.
Great little dive bar that has a surprisingly bright and pleasant back patio area. Drinks are inexpensive and they've got normal bar fare snacks. I wouldn't venture past the fries for anything food related, just a hunch.
Pretty cool punk bar. I'm confidant that they have the cheapest PBR in Portland at $1.25 during happy hour. Has a sweet little patio in the back. Haven't tried any of the food but it look ok.
The Ash Street Saloon is full of amazing people who work hard to give us an awesome place to play and experience music. It is a Portland landmark and will be missed and mourned for years to come. Nowhere comes as close to being the biggest small venue in town. They are the best, and I will be surpri
Ash St. Saloon is a great dive bar to go to watch some great bands. I'm not saying all the bands coming through are winners, but still a awesome venue. Even if no band is playing, they have some stiff drinks & nice inner patio to hang out & watch the interesting regulars.
Saw one of the greatest bands perform here, Rex Sole. 🧡
Smelly dive bar with stiff drinks and live music. My friends band played here last time they were in town and it was a good night. Always seems to provide excellent people watching.
Going under soon for good. Might be the last footstep of hardcore in down town Portland. This is an old fashioned hardcore bar. I enjoy the odd and quaint aspects of that genre every time I come in here which are quickly disappearing.
This place is amazing! Only downside is there's literally two bathrooms (one toilet in each) and when it's busy the wait sucks if you have a tiny girl bladder ;) but the staff and the venue are the best
