Mediocre food. We ordered Chicken alfredo, a plain hamburger for our plain kiddo, meatloaf with mash potatoes, and the shrimp & Diane steak, & 1 slice of strawberry cheesecake. I didn't realize the Diane steaks were only thin slices and thought they were chunks of steak bites because I was asked how i liked the meat cooked ( medium rare and it wasn't). The meatloaf had some parts that were salty and then some areas that weren't. There were no complaints about the chicken alfredo and plain hamburger with fries. After dinner, my daughter was too stuffed for her cheesecake, so we asked it to be packaged to go, and then our server brought out a small decorated cute little birthday ice cream treat for my daughter on the house. The cheesecake we ordered was only okay, sad to say this, but Costco's was better, especially when they had their strawberry cheesecakes in season. Not worth the 15 dollars at the cheescake factory for 1 slice.
That was best Sheppards pie I ever had! Delicious. I was blown away! Wife had steak Diane medallions and was equally pleased. Served hot too. Service was good, thanks Matt and Isiah. We will definitely return. Well done CF.
First time at the Cheesecake Factory restaurant. I was impressed with the presentation of the food, service and the place. My Jamaican Shrimp dish was very good. My co-worker really liked his Fillet Mignon. The restaurant was big, and lots of selections on the menu. Oh, and the little desert store was awesome. I bought a couple of slices of cheesecake to-go, for $21! Kind of spendy, but I guess it's worth it. I love Tiramisu cheesecake anyway. Next time I'm bringing my husband here for dinner.
Good food. Not sure if it's worth the price but it was good. 19$ for a bacon burger that was only a bit better then RR. no endless fries =(. Fried Mac & cheese balls were delicious, but only 4 came at 17$.
Desert however was top notch. It's very sweet so 1 to share for 2 people is more then enough.
Chubby beware! The seats are narrow bamboo chairs that dont feel that sturdy. So if your bigger, make sure you get at least a half booth. And yes the tables move.
Overall I recommend. The atmosphere was nice but dusty. Food was good but the number of options is a little overwhelming! The portions are huge!! Could selected one of these salads and split it with my wife and we both would have still been full! Service was great! Definitely will be back to try the cheesecake.
We used to go here with a group and I was never that big of a fan, but when my wife and I started going here just the two of us, and sit at the bar... I'm a much bigger fan. It's the vibe I guess. Food would have received a 5 star also, but my wife's Chicken Madeira always comes out luke warm at best. Flavor and cook on point, but always "cold" in her opinion. Mine was wonderful and piping hot, so I'm guessing hers sat in the window waiting for mine to finish. I ordered a Pineapple Mezcal cocktail from their menu, and my wife had a non alcoholic mint spritzer, she loved it. Can't think of the name of my pasta... But it's Jamaican jambalaya... shrimp and chicken carbonara I believe. It was perfect. And of course, cheese cake to go!
This was our first visit to a Cheesecake Factory.
We loved the entire experience. Our waitress was so helpful. The food was excellent and we had a great evening.
This was my first time here. It was absolutely amazing. From the greeting to the interior and the designs. The waitress was prompt to greet us. The drinks are amazing and they serve this fresh bread and butter which reminds me of the bread my mom used to bake in the bread machines. Food is to die for and the appetizers were bomb!!! Mozz sticks here are also a must try. We ordered the shrimp pasta dish and it was phenomenal!! Highly recommend for dates or anniversaries!!!! And the cheesecake of course is to die for!!! Literally I can't wait to go back!!!
3.75 out of 4
Spacious restaurant, high chance to get a seat even you walk in.
I really want to know where to get their butter of the bread, love both hard baked and chocolate-made bread.
Pretzel: too salty, I removed the sea salt on the top since the cheese already has the saltness.
Deep fried shrimp on angle hair: maybe I choose not to add Parmesan cheese, so this dish tasted plain for me.
Steak and salmon: my husband loved what he got.
Cheese cake:
I preferred fruity favour, so raspberry with lime suits me well.
The food was delicious, so much so that I finished my burger before I thought to take a picture of it. A friend of mine ordered the salmon and was pleasantly surprised at how generous the portions were. The waiter was very friendly and attentive as well. My only complaint was that I wasn't asked how I wanted my burger cooked and thus received one more rare than I would have otherwise liked. That being said the food and service we experienced here vastly outweighs any issues I had with my meal and I would love to eat here again.
The food was great as usual. I got the Cesar salad and the breaded chicken, I forgot the name, but it came with my favorite mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a lemon sauce. I switched out the asparagus for green beans. The chicken was juicy and crispy, the green beans were fresh and crunchy. My waitress did forget to bring us our bread but overall it was as expected.
Well chain restaurants are what they are, always busy and standard food, good thing we like simple food made well. The service though I have to say was very refreshing as most companies around here keep using excuses of staff shortages or lazy workers to explain why service sucked but the staff here was beyond great. our server was wonderful, kept checking on us and made sure our order was correct and drinks were always full. We watched other servers and they all seemed to be taking care of their tables very well. Apparently all the good servers in happy valley work at the same place. Keep those servers whatever you do as they will keep us coming back.
The food was amazing! It was super busy, the wait time wasn’t to bad. The server was excellent. We did have one of our dinners that had to go back, because it wasn’t cooked as ordered. But the manager came over and talked to the person who’s dinner it was and they made it right and got it back out quickly.
Would definitely recommend eating here!
Cheesecake factory is an hour away from my house and it’s still worth the drive. There are many restaurants closer that are far better, but this place holds a certain nostalgia. We were told it would be a 20 minute wait, but were texted within two minutes to be seated. The hostess seems surprised as well that we were called back quickly. We came for lunch and ordered the fish and chips and the orange chicken. We also ordered an Arnold Palmer (basically tea and lemonade) and I was surprised they charged almost $6 for a beverage. The food came out after about 20 minutes and it was hot and delicious. The fish and chips were crispy, but not greasy. The orange chicken was less crispy but pretty good. We really liked the fact that they did not drown it in sauce. Our waitress was attentive. Overall, it was an unremarkable experience. And that is a good thing when you go to someplace that you’ve gone too many times and have a certain level of expectation. I paid about $50 with tip which I think is average these days. I would definitely recommend this cheesecake factory, or any other, because they all have the same consistency. Food is usually always the same and we’ve rarely had a bad experience other than ordering to go.
Always a good time. The quality is good and always consistent. I love the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Pasta. It's not really that spicy but perfect. Been ordering it for years. The dark but relaxing atmosphere in the evening is cool. The free bread to snack on is always popular. Also if you have to choose between getting an app vs dessert save it for a piece of cheesecake. I've never been disappointed. My favorite so far is the Mango one. Followed by lemon or pineapple.
Pretty good
My friend and I got the orange chicken and chicken sandwich.
The orange chicken was very strong and not very hot, and they were also out of white rice and just decided that they did not want to make any more because they were closing in an hour?
The chicken sandwich was good but they forgot the cheese and it wasn't too hot.
It was a nice atmosphere and very kind service though, they were all great.
I'll definitely come back and get as much desert as I can!
I love the atmosphere! Cozy and warm kinda feel. Food was good but it's definitely on the pricey side. I'm not even going to talk about the calories on these meals but it's nice that they have a separate menu that has low calorie options.
The service was amazing and staff was very friendly and helpful, being from Canada they were able to accommodate us with paying with Credit card and allowing us to go to the debit machine ourselves to make payment.
