Those restaurants moves up to its name. The food was very nice but could use a little more flavor. We ordered some noodles and I had to add a lot of soy sauce and chili sauce to it to bring it to a different complex flavor profile. The buns were nice and soft. You could see them being made in front of you and that is quite an entertaining

Best Bao I've had in years. The Suan La Fen soup and the Ji Tang MI Fen soups were delicious. Looking forward to trying new items next time. We were both very happy eating here, no complaints!
Dumplings were very tasty as well.

4.5 rounded up to 5 stars. We like the Hot and Sour Noodle Soup (Suen La Fen) and the pan fried dumplings. The bao was pillowy. Only complaint was the 5-spice in the pork filling was a bit much for us.

The baos (baozi) are tasty. We had two big orders of bao with one sour and spicy noodle plus the cucumber salad. Very satisfying home taste. Highly recommended even though price is a bit high for a small comfort food restaurant.

Neat place, small and cute. Counter service but staff are friendly. My wife and I each liked the dumplings, both steamed and fried. The bao was okay but dry and not a lot of filling :/. We tried the sweet bean, chicken curry, pork (sweet bean was my preference).

Popped in here the other day for a light lunch and was not disappointed! I had the Small Steamer bao plate, and ordered the pork, chicken curry, and spicy tofu along with a side of cucumber salad. All three buns were delicious, my favorite being the pork and curry chicken as a very close second!
The staff are very friendly no matter how busy they are and the service is very fast. I ended up coming back the next day with my partner and ordered the Shan La Fen soup, not pictured but equally as delicious.

Had to stop by to try the various vegetarian Bao. I love bao and it's sometimes hard to find good vegetarian ones. I liked the variety but the mushroom and spicy tofu were my favourite by far. I also tried the ice jasmine tea lemonaid, which was delicious! Highly recommend 🙌

Great hole in the wall place for fast, warm, delicious Bao. The dumpling soup is also delicious. Food was quick. It's a small place so the biggest table seats 3. There are bar stools for larger group but seems more set up for 3 or less parties. They also have frozen bao for taking home the deliciousness.

I’m visiting from Denver, and I came here after going to a ramen place down the street that wasn’t serving ramen today. I’m so glad that place wasn’t selling the food they advertised on the sign, because this place was great!
I got one of each of the vegetarian Bao buns and shared fried veggie dumplings. All of the food was fantastic, filling, and reasonably priced considering the quality.
They also have cute stress swishers and stuffed toy versions of their food out front. They played chill music and got all of our food to us in less that 10 minutes. I highly recommend the place and will be coming back.

Pork and scallion dumplings, steamed pork buns, and wonton soup. This was a very good and tasty meal. The 4 rating is only because I wished the wonton soup was tastier. All the other items were wonderful! The pork buns were really big too.

Bao Bao is my pregnancy craving godsend. I love coming in here for a quick snack. Of the 10+ times I’ve been in, service is always quick, the buns are consistently yummy, and the place is clean and low key. It’s hard to find vegetarian baozi outside of China and the mushroom one here slays. I am pretty surprised at some of the reviews because I have had a consistently good experience here and I’m generally hard to please. I finally tried the take home buns and they are also perfect (and a great deal). For a casual and quick lunch spot, Bao Bao is hard to beat in my opinion.

Busting … first time having bao and definitely coming back. Pictured is the bean jelly noodle, red bean bao and spicy tofu bao, and the Ji teng mi fan and pork bao. Super good

Had great bao buns and wonton soup. Soup had tons of wontons and the naps were very fluffy and filled. Soup was a little on the salty side for me, but my companions enjoyed theirs. I would give this place 5 stars but the person behind the counter seemed annoyed when we asked questions and like they didn’t want to be there.

Its pretty neat to see them be able to open a brick and mortar location. My friend and I came here for a quick lunch and left stuffed and satisfied. We ordered a bit of everything from pan fried dumplings to the boiled ones, from cold noodles to wonton soup, and a couple of baos. The dumplings were very tasty and had good flavor. The texture of the outer shell was on point. The cold noodles were also good and gave it a refreshing taste as they were chilled noodles. The wonton soup was ok (could use a little more flavor in my opinion). The baos had a good texture and the meat inside was delicious. The exterior tasted slightly bland (maybe it was because of all the other things I ate). Overall, everything was well prepared and it was quick. I would come here again.
