This is my best sushi restaurant so far. Randomly found this place and already been there multiple times. Pictures are not taken in one day.
I love sushi and as an Asian, it was hard to find a good place in Portland. But their quality, taste and price is so reasonable and great.
Try their onion salmon(raw)
Or seared garlic salmon if u r not big fan of sushi. U wont regret it. And try Salmon killer. Its one of the best. Yum

White & Gray Matters
Really neat idea to have the sushi on a belt that runs around the dinning area and pay per plate. Excellent philly roll sushi and the spicy seafood Ramen. The seared salmon and chicken katsu was peared great with the other dishes.

I was actually pretty surprised how much I enjoyed this spot . It was clean . The young lady who served us was friendly , honest and informative. She really helped us narrow down a few new tries. If you were to look in - the belts look bare but it’s because they were looking to make it more fresh for you- a little more patience is needed on waiting for it but it was tasty and I would return again to this location. I’m definitely interested in seeing if its up to standard on a different day .

All You Can Eat Sushi was very GOOD for the price but even despite the price fish quality was still good and very thickly cut. Tasted fresh and was delicious. My only complaint was shrimp tempura which is one of my favorite things to eat was consistently over battered.

Not great tasting fish, but for a sushi train is above avg. Passed my "salmon test" but not with flying colors. I still ended up using soy/wasabe but not to mask fishiness. Service was acceptable considering how busy they were. Custom orders were taken immediately and delivered lightening fast. Excellent spot for quick cheap fish. 5/5 for sushi train quality/price.

now after decades in FUBONN shopping center it has grown a bit run down but still a mainstay go to place for young people to grab a sushi on the train or quick order from the chef. comfy booths and cool workers.
