Although all Shari's look alike inside and out, what makes it a comfortable place to eat is the menu choices and the friendly and helpful staff. I often ask for a change on what I ordered, and the staff always make those changes with a smile!

I ordered the steak with stuffed hashbrowns. It's a sirloin, at a diner, do I didn't expect much. Average cut of meat cooked to perfection. Great price and awesome food. Service was exceptional.

This location has excellent staff members that make the whole experience great. They're very friendly, fast, and efficient. The waitresses often mention that they love who they work with, and it shows up in the quality of service here. I always feel welcomed and the food is always good!
I showed up right before closing not knowing if I'd be turned away because of the time. Instead Stacy welcomed me with open arms and Seddy was more than happy to prepare my food. I'm from out of town and these 2 complete strangers made me feel like family. The food was great and the service was even better. Thanks for making me feel welcome! Highly recommend,

Our server, Kristie was amazing! We had a very large group and she handled everything amazing, despite getting any help from her manager or support staff.
Christine (Kristine?) was the only staff working when we were there last night. The air conditioning was broken, and she had multiple tables and tasks to complete. She was so kind and competent, making sure everyone had what they need and handling the workload so well. Another staff came back from break and was also helping out, Evelyn I think? Both these gals deserve a raise.
Dinner was very nice, well prepared and a choice or larger and smaller ones...or breakfast. The pie was just ok. They do not hurry here but are pleasant.
I was there playing video poker with my girlfriend. The staff was amazing and attentive. A pleasant fun atmosphere.

Amazing food and Amazing service. Angie was very friendly and I saw her complimenting her employees on how well they were doing during such a busy time. It's rare to have all of those skill sets in a manager. While I didnt get to thank her in personally I wanted to take a minute and let her know that i recognize a good manager when I see one. Food wasn't so well prepared...they like put gigantic bell pepper literally over some hash browns...with 2 hard fried eggs, that were supposed to be over medium
Great food and one of my most favorite places to go and eat. I love the food the people and the service outstanding everytime! Sharis is a PNW piece of history. I suggest stopping in even for Just a slice of Pie and Justin is a great person to connect with in this establishment. I suggest going in and sitting down, also the pie is made in house especially the Banyan pie and so is the whipped crème its a must try for sure.

Was recommended to this place by a local police officer, and initially wasn't gonna go. Tried going to a Wendy's nearby for breakfast and the inside was closed, but low and behold Shari's was right across the way in the parking lot! So me and my boss made our way over there and my goodness it was for the best. It was about 9am and we instantly got seated. We were in awe as we first set our eyes upon the menu, specifically the breakfast menu. I ended up ordering the country fried steak and eggs platter, while the boss ordered the t-bone steak with eggs. Everything came out within 10 or so mins, and it looked so freaking good! Number one the portions were a very good size. Number two those pancakes were some of the fluffiest delicious pancakes I've ever (and I mean ever) had, and I don't even like them. Number three, they have homemade pies, and although we only got the cheesecake and berry, and the peanut butter one, they were out of this world!! Overall everything was more than delicious and I'd drive another 30 hours JUST FOR THIS RESTAURANT!
Mothers day brunch was really wonderful. All of the food was fantastic. The service was great. It is a bit noisy in there since they removed the dividers though.
What a delightful waitress we had… I believe her name was Angela. We were stranded in Gresham from the icy snow storm. Nothing was open accept Shari’s… we were able to get breakfast, when she informed us they were closing the restaurant for undetermined days. She suggested we get take out for our future meals of the day. We were so grateful for her special attention and concern for our dilemma.
