The regular burger was absolutely delicious. I probably wouldn't change anything about it at all. Now, the fries that came with it were salted well (almost too well) but pretty limp. We really wanted them to have more crispiness to them. Otherwise, the nachos were a little spicier than anticipated, but the flavors were still good. The chips got soggy really quickly.
I do hope they get the sour ale back on tap.

Good service and good food. I tried Thumper's Revenge because I'd never had an adult beverage made with carrot juice and it reminded me of when Bugs Bunny made the carrot juice martinis. The steak and eggs were also good. You can also get avocado toast unless you want to buy a house (it's a meme, Google it.)

Great atmosphere for sports and hanging out. Food was good and the people were even better. Great job bringing in regional sports memorabilia too. Give it a try and you might not go back to your other hangouts.

Really nice space and friendly staff. Great spot to catch a game if you're in the area. It's nicer than a typical sports bar, but also a little bit pricier. Paid $24 for a burger and a beer after tip. I'd definitely return if I"m in the area, although honestly I'd probably skip the food next time.

While visiting Portland, I got stuck in a rainstorm, so I originally went here just to get out of the rain. Grabbed a beer at the bar and spent some time looking up places I should visit while I was here. The bartender was nice and service was super quick. I ended up talking with who I think was a manager, and he was a really nice, cool guy. I think we chatted for probably 10-15 minutes. While I didn't try any of their food, I would still recommend this place for its friendly staff and comfortable interior.
Oh, and a bonus thought, I did overhear the bartender talking with the manager about possible new drinks for the bar. It was cool to see a place that not only keeps trying to improve, but gives their staff the ability to be part of that change.

This is one of the classiest taverns I've ever visited. If not for the television screens playing sports, I wouldn't have thought it.
The menu is limited, but I get the impression they do it all right. Staff was friendly and the general manager greeted me personally.
Over all, I was very impressed with the place.
(Even the bathrooms smelled nice.)

Was there for a launch party. I've got to say their ginger ale was really surprising but absolutely darling. I wish I could have more of it every day!

Cocktails to write home about! The Manhattan here is maybe the best one in Portland. The food is really great too. They just opened recently and it feels like the place has been open forever. Great atmosphere and really amazing staff. My wife and I brought our 8-month-old and the host and server were so great about her throwing her toys on the ground. Really accommodating and nice! Love it here.

My new home away from home, and not just because its stumbling distance. No matter how busy they get, the staff always makes time to personalize your experience and make sure your drink is filled. Great location and perfect when you want to read or chat with a friendly face

I really enjoyed my visit to Pearl Tavern. The wait staff was over the top friendly, and knowledgeable. The food was really gourmet.
We did apps and beers, and I have no complaints.
I would say this is a gastropub with a full menu, and enough TVs to catch a game, if that's your thing. I'll be back.

Went here for dinner and the food was very good, but a little over priced in my opinion. I got the burger and liked it a lot, but for $18? You can get equally as good burgers elsewhere in Portland for $5 cheaper. My wife got the bavette steak with chimichurri sauce and a side of mashed potatoes. It was a great steak but again, $33 for the steak plus $1 for the sauce plus $6 for the potatoes... and the bavette was the cheapest steak on the menu. Lots of cool drinks, solid beer selection, good vibe. Service was a little slow but it is a newer place so kind of expected and not a big deal. I will definitely eat at Pearl Tavern again, but I hope they adjust their pricing a bit. It is on the high end for what seems to be designed as a mid-scale steak house. That said, Pearl Tavern seems like a cool place to eat with friends and maybe catch a game at the same time - the bar is pretty big with several large TVs. And the food is very good overall. But it really feels like everything on the menu should be about $5 cheaper.

Only been open a couple months, but this place has great potential to become great. The food is amazing here. The beer selection is great, but can always be better. A bit pricey, but you are paying for what you get ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

Acceptable place, but the burger was drenched in mayo and that was not indicated on the menu. Next time I will be cautious. They were a bit pretentious about "outdoor beverage containers" when they probably didnt deserve to be.

Great location, friendly service. Interesting food and decent brews. Not the hottest place in the Pearl by any means, but worth a stop. I'd like to try it on different nights to see how the crowd adds to the environment.
