Down To Earth Cafe - Portland - Photo album

We were walking around Multnomah Village looking for lunch options, and saw their menu. So glad we stopped in! We ordered the Grilled Brie sandwich and the Willamette Valley salad. Both were excellent and the service was the best!
Based on nothing more than the general appearance of this storefront breakfast Cafe, I was expecting the food to just be just solid. Man was I wrong! My breakfast burrito was absolutely awesome. I exchanged he chicken for bacon on the California chicken breakfast burrito and it totally hit the sp
We’re regulars at Down to Earth, we usually go for brunch once a week. It’s almost always a weekday around 1pm and we’ve had no issues with service or food quality. If you visit on the weekend it’s like anywhere else, gets very busy so you’ll wait longer. Yesterday we ordered two items from the spec
Fantastic local run café. My wife and I were visiting from UK and dropped in for lunch. I had delicious avocado toast with eggs, salad, French toast plus coffee and heath nut vegan smoothie. It was all great! The waitress was friendly and helpful. The owners were welcoming and very accommodating – t
Thought I'd stop in at a near by local breakfast place in the village.. Usually go to "Fat City", But Decided to check out, "Down to Earth". Fresh local pastries are displayed. With a middle eastern feel..... Clean yet small.. Friendly Service.. Prices are reasonable. They offer Vegan, Vegetarian an
The food looks simple but don’t discredit it :) Please note that the majority of 1-3 star reviews are either take out/delivery or they visited during peak hour. This last time I went was about 50 minutes before closing, and we had a great experience. We were only a party of two but we were able to
The stuffed grape leaves and tzatziki on the Mediterranean plate were the best I’ve ever had.
If I could give less than a single star, I would. Walked in to this absurd establishment and was looked at multiple times by what I can imagine is the owner and for what had to been 10 minutes with nothing said to me or a greeting. Just completely ignored. I eventually left. So after a couple months
Best and most affordable breakfast in Multnomah Village. The juices are so good and the staff is super friendly, cozy vibes and great food all around. Tons of vegan and veggie options as well.
Food is so good! fresh and hearty. It’s a nice little sit down cafe, super mellow, we just love it here.
What a lovely place to venture out to on such a rainy Portland day. Brunch was perfect in this charming little place. It may seem like tight sitting area but it is still warm and welcoming. Even when you are eating you can over hear cute conversations. For example: Person 1: "I wonder if that is a p
You walk in, and you’re treated like family or a long time regular even it it’s your first time. Great food, delicious coffee and impeccable service!
Had the hamburgers: plain, mushroom, and bacon...2 with a soup, 1 with chips. Gotta say it was just plain food served very well. The hamburger meat itself, though, really raised the bar-- very fresh, flavorful, tender and juicy. The was very nice quality, I just prefer a little more seasoned. T
So delicious! The food was tasty costumer service was great and the most important the coffee 🤘
