Brightly lit interior, uncluttered menu, friendly staff, fresh bread, delicious meat and vegetables. A bit more expensive than a Subway but worth it. Better than a Jimmy Johns in that there wasn't loud music blaring, just some nice smooth beats. My first time here and was enjoyed.
Walked in at 1PM on a Sunday. There was a line and the place was full. The line seemed to take awhile, but then I saw they were slicing the meat and cheese to order. The bread was great and fresh. Not a fan of their chip selection, but hey, can't please everyone. All and all, it was a great experience, I'll definitely be back.
I am super picky about my Italian hoagies and while this isn't a true Philly Italian...they do a damn good job. The rolls may not be Amoroso rolls...but they are extremely good at holding together with oil and vinegar. The meats and cheese used was solid as well as they sliced it as needed. No premade portions just sitting in a cooler. The staff was what really impressed me. We ran in just a couple minutes from closing and they were more than happy to hook us up with two great hoagies. Thanks guys! � I will be back for sure!
Today my husband and I made a special trip to jersey mikes. He loves there sandwiches. When we entered the manager Craig was super nice and greeted us with a huge smile and hello. The place was super clean. We were getting ready to order and they must have had a big rush because they were out of white bread. We were given other options but decided to wait for fresh bread which wasn't a big deal because this was a treat for us!!! Craig then made sure we were well taken care of for being kind and not making it a big deal!! Super nice and friendly staff our enormous subs were amazing! We got giant ones! Well two for the husband and a reg for me!! We will definitely be coming back to this particular store because of the great service!!! Thanku again to the staff at the airport way store!!!
It is my first time going to Jersey Mikes and I went in Covington Washington was treated extremely well by Elizabeth! I recommend this place to everyone!

HA I love the "I'll stick with subway" people...oh you mean you'd rather have stale ass bread, toppings that look like genetically modified veggies from hell, and employees who hate their lives? Good great, just means I get to my DELICIOUS, FRESH MADE, SANDWICH PUT TOGETHER BY PEOPLE WHO LIKE THEIR JOBS, even faster!! My two year old is a picky eater and every time we visit he wolfs down the entire meal. Thank you to the employees who constantly make us laugh, even when the line is out the door, they still have it together. What a great team! Thank you!
First time visiting, very good subs lot more flavour than the other chain, better quality. Very busy during lunch. Reasonably priced. Hard to find parking.
Great sub sandwiches! I use them for catering party's often. Nice size portions for party boxes. The take out orders are rarely ready when they say they will be though, so schedule to pick it up a half order before you need to. In their defense I do order large quantities.
Jersey Mike's has become my new favorite sub shop. The food is always fresh and tasty. Service is good, and the stores are usually clean and inviting. This visit was no different. It was a good experience.

Facility is clean and organized well but music is way too loud. When I ordered I can’t hear anything from sandwich man said something to me. But they are nice and kind. Sandwiches are fresh and delicious. Lettuce and tomatoes are fresh. No Public restrooms. We ordered Turkey and pravlon cheese and Ham and pravlon cheese sandwiches. They are pretty good.
It was great, kid was good but was kinda off otherwise would of got 5 stars, the guy seemed stoned when taking our order
Great place even when there is a line it goes quickly. I think they are one of the sandwich places that are above the rest. Highly recommend it.
This was my second visit and it was better then the first. I ordered 4 Giants and a 6 inch the guys were quick and friendly. They worked together to get us out and help the other 4 people in line. Thanks so much guys you are a great bunch of hard working young men.

The best sandwiches anywhere. That's because they're made to order. You want a quick sandwich? Go to subway and enjoy whatever the hell they can meat. Otherwise, shut up and don't rush the sandwich masters.

Good sandwich overall. Ordered it on postmates and when I arrived they were just finishing my sandwich. They were nice enough.... got my order to the car and checked...... no bacon. Brought them back to get it fixed and was on my way. One thing I've noticed is they always forget the bacon. Like every time. But are always willing to help fix it. Just stop forgetting the bacon! 😆
