My Mum, my daughter and I came here for lunch around 1245 and we were able to get seated promptly. Our server was August, who was phenomenal. He was upbeat, friendly and what you would expect from great service. My daughter ordered 1st the fried pickels and the bacon cheese burger with a strawberry lemonade. My Mum got the crispy chicken wrap and I had the banzai burger with a fried egg on it(it's awesome if you add an egg).

The fish & chips were great. Large portion. I would have liked an option for just 2 pieces. The fish was moist like it should be. The service was good from staff other than my waitress. She was busy and I had to reach out to others for what I needed and already asked for. The person delivering the food was very polite & nice. It felt like they were covering for her. The waitress gave me some sweet potatoes to try but they were burnt and shriveled. Everything else was good. This was lunch on a Monday. Happy they had self checkout.

Came to get quick dinner before picking up family at airport. Hostess seated us quickly. A server, Ro, arrived soon after and was ready to take our orders. She also let the kitchen know we needed to leave to pick up people at airport within next 45 minutes. Got food tasty food in timely manner. Ordered the supreme personal pizza. Really yummy! Greta place to go for food before heading to airport.
I would like to start by saying that my boyfriend and I occasionally come here and always have good service.
Tonight specifically we did not have food due to how busy the staff was, BUT we still got seated quickly, the manager looked to be walking around checking in with all the tables and our server was polite and honest about the long wait tines for food. We chose to leave because we were pretty hungry, but the staff kept their cool through the rush.
Food was excellent (we just wanted burgers tbh) and wanted my daughter to try since we loved the old school Red Robins in Seattle from before. Service staff was very helpful and kept offering fries. Location in Cascade Station convenient for eating and shipping.
Great service and amazing burgers. I had the Scorpion Gourmet Burger and it was delicious. I stayed at the bar and the lady there was great, very friendly and professional. The restaurant was crowded but the service was fast.
I was very pleased with the food! It is definitely above your average restaurant food! The music wasn't too loud so you could hear yourself talk. Our waiter wasn't as attentive and friendly as he could have been and that was a little disappointing but overall I would highly recommend this restaurant for its atmosphere and delicious food!

So I went to this Red Robin today to get my girlfriend some of their Red Robin gourmet fries because she likes them a lot so I order a pound of their fries the guy who helped me was polite and helpful and great service I was going to pay with one of their cards that I had gotten as a present but it didn't work for some reason so they decided to give me the fries anyways for free which was really cool of them so I sat there and waited for the fries and waited and waited and waited half hour goes by Fry's finally came out and I'm thinking well at least they're going to be fresh so I take them take them out to the car get out the car and I try one and they're like one step below lukewarm whatever that is they were not fresh they were not even seasoned very well with their seasoning which is why we went there in the first place place was great place was nice service was great but the food not so much granted I only had some fries but you would think that that would have gone a little differently but maybe the cook was just having an off day or something
Quality food and great service today! The only issue I had. We were packed in really tight on one half of the restaurant and the other half was virtually empty. Would have been nice if they could have spread everybody out a little bit. Very difficult to have a conversation with somebody else at the table today.
The floor was very slick even with no wet floor sign, so be aware of that. I found the servers really great and the atmosphere was ok. The biggest thing was that there are certain foods that just don't go together. The caramel apple lemonade is absolutely disgusting. Don't do it. It's so bad it took off one star from my review.
The food has gone down the past few times I've been so I stayed away from the burgers. This was my first time for happy hour and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The server was new but did well. I'll be back foe Happy Hour. Good selections on food & drinks and good prices.
