This place has some great food at reasonable prices! My husband and I have been frequenting here as of late. The waitresses are always personable and helpful. Great McMenamins Pub, excellent service, friendly people and good drinks and food.
Casual pub with a nice selection of local beers on tap. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The food is pretty good, and I especially enjoyed the soup of the day, which was Hungarian mushroom barley.
The beer and cider selection is not huge as some of the other McMenamins in the Portland area, but whatever they have on offer is great. I had a burger and sweet potato fries , those were the best fries I've ever had!!! . We went after lunchtime so it wasn't very busy and got great service. We had our kids 3 yr, 4 yr and a baby and they were very accommodating. Great pub!!
Lovely tasting sandwiches and great local beer and wine. Our server (from San Jose) was super friendly, recommending the various food and drink, and even recognised us and stopped for a chat in the neighborhood the following day. If we were staying in Portland longer, we'd have definitely returned.
Came in for a light snack and left well fed. Excellent service here and generous portions! We ordered small caesar salads, breadsticks with cheese fondue, and Greek tsaziki tater tots. The food was all amazing especially the greek tater tots.
Good fish and chips. Cole slaw was tasteless. Nice restaurant. Need more servers though. Took a while to get dinner but it was a holiday.
Very nice Irish style pub, good selection of beers, even though I couldn't find any pilsner. Service is attentive and kind depending on the server.

Classic McMenmins. Walking directions was a bit odd. It’s just stopped in the road and we found out we needed to go up stairs and through a court yard. But found it. Nice, clean and staff is very polite. Well worth coming to as they all are.
The communication breakdown burger is amazing. Replace the bun with a lettuce wraps for a lighter less filling option. The Hungarian mushroom soup is full of flavor. This is a nice alternative to fries or tots. The staff here is very attentive and friendly. A very rewarding experience at Market Str
