Carina Lounge - Portland - Photo album

I 100% will be returning. Food was amazing, I could totally tell they use high quality ingredients. The olive oil that came with the bread tasted so amazing, I can't even put it into words. The atmosphere was super chill.
The restaurant was cozy and the lighting was nicely dimmed. The servers and staff were friendly and super easy to talk too! Made the experience much more relaxed. Food for a couple (we were hungry). 1 - Sauteed Mussels 1 - Carina's garlic bread 1 - Beet Salad 1 - Appetizer of the goat cheese raviol
11/20/2022 The large restaurant is lively and bustling, but there is a quiet and cozy room to the left of the entrance that is a nice contrast to both. We enjoyed our meal in the cosy one, calm room. It was happy hour, so we enjoyed some of the appetizers at reasonable prices and the flatbreads an
Delicious food. Beautifully plated. I wish the "seafood dishes" had more than the one entree. Proof of vaccination is required for indoor seating and reservations are highly recommended. The outdoor seating was very nice, covered, and heated and outdoor staff was very attentive. Also picture of the
Our dinner at Carina Lounge was absolutely chefs kiss! From the service (top notch) to the mussels, the goat cheese ravioli to the the beet salad, and finally the tiramisu- our mouths went on adventure last night and it was truly a flavor explosion for the ages! You can honestly taste that the food
Carina is the best! From excellent, attentive staff to homemade pasta and expertly crafted cocktails— you can’t go wrong! Our favorite local restaurant.
Met a couple of friends for dinner here. It was my first time visiting this restaurant. The food was good and the service was excellent. The happy hour menu had a wide variety of items so we ordered our entire meal from the small plates menu. We had steak bites, chicken, prosciutto, clams, brea
Pleasant atmosphere, good Italian food, especially pork ragu and goat cheese ravioli. It might be best to get goat ravioli as a small plate to share as it may be too heavy for a full meal on its own. Great cocktails and wine selection. We’ll definitely be back!
I made reservations several days in advance to eat here for a party of 3. Food was delicious! Not pictured are the goat cheese ravioli and deep fried cauliflower appetizers which didn't stand much of a chance with the 3 of us. Gone in minutes! For entrees I had the prime bavette steak, medium rare,
Absolutely amazing! The steak bites were so juicy and tender, the flat bread made in house. Cocktails were magnificent. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!
I've eaten here several times. The menu has great meat and pasta options. The steak has consistently been a good meal here. The atmosphere is a nice blend of casual and classy. Servers are great at what they do.
James Beard would have been inspired! Wow... true heart runs thru the core of the restaurant in every way... from service to presentation. The hostess Alex will do her best to accommodate your seating, you will be greeted with grace. And Oh The Chef Michael Waters creates foods to fill your soul an
One of our favorite finds in Portland. They were able to accommodate a large party (10 of us) for my in-law's 50th anniversary. Highly recommend the Italian Mule. Our favorite appetizer is the flatbread with the dipping sauces that are so good. We enjoyed the fritto misto and the octopus. Desse
Absolutely loved it! We got the delicious carina salad with dressing on the side which was a good idea as it was a bit citrusy. And we also had the absolutely amazing pasta malfatti “badly made” — highly recommend. That was our favorite dish. We also got the angel hair pasta dish which was really go
Food was good, service was good, prices were good for the items on the menu. We order caesar salad and fritto misto to start. Salad was very big while the portion on the fritto misto was good in size it is heavy on the vegetables and not very much calamari. I had spaghetti and meatballs which was a
I ❤️ Carina Lounge so very much I will dine solo and they are always accommodating. Cocktails are just original enough and the cuisine is top notch. I'd tell you my fav , but they might run out next time I'm there, lol! KIDding...Goat cheese ravioli is truly divine.
We came in to try the pizza week special, which unfortunately they were out of for the day. We got one of their regular pizza options and a small plate which were both delicious. We also had a flourless chocolate cake with ganache (pictured).
What a wonderful find in downtown Portland. Great staff and a beautiful restaurant. Me and my wife had cocktails and made a dinner out of their small plate offerings(tapas). Everything we tried was top notch but the Gremolata steak bites and the sautéed mussels with Chilli cream were beyond phenome
We were originally trying to have dinner at a nearby restaurant but after a 90 minute quoted wait time we decided to try Carina Lounge. My oh my am I glad we did. I’ve spent a lot of time in Northern Italy and have grown to appreciate the food and wines of the region. Though this isn’t necessarily a
