Great place to eat! Try food from other countries. It's a must to go to!
I toured the carts and settled on one I cant remember the name, Good and Evil wrap or something. Black cart, excellent food. I'll try another next visit.
Tons of awesome food on the cheap, plus its Portland so there's all kinds of weirdos to point and laugh at. Let's eat Thai food is rad, and so is the pupusa cart. Nom nom on!!!
Best food cart place to eat at... latge portions of food and the price is right
We had our first birthday party here ( Puplandia dog rescue) the food was great, the tent was a great space for all of us to hand out and eat cake! I love that it's so dog friendly!
I have been here twice now when passing through Portland. I took my kids this time. We went on a Monday so not all the carts were open. I was hoping to get grub from good vs. evil. The meat eaters ate at rock house grill (total burger fantasies) and the vegetarians ate pasta at oh! Pasta. I think it was called. Everything was very good! We also grabbed a box of donuts from voodoo before we took off! So many options! Enjoy!
Whenever you can’t decide. You can’t go wrong with Cartlandia. ❤️This place
Great selection of food even though we were there during off peak hours. I had some great Vietnamese shrimp salad rolls with peanut sauce and Thai iced tea. Then Shawn and I had food from Al Mustafa Middle Eastern cart. We met a guy from Israel and his Iraqi friends that said they eat there all the time because it's the closest to home. That was all the encouragement I needed! I recognized most of the dishes from my year in Turkey. I had the Kofta kebap over rice and Shawn had the Falafel. Both were excellent and we'll be back there whenever we visit SE Portland again.

Incredible! Wide selection, great vibe, and even a beer garden in the center
"Anything Else" is the shiiiiiiiiiit. Best Thai food for sure. I don't know how many wizards work in that truck. But sweet lord, the chicken pad Thai is to die for. Love luv lov.
Best food cart accumulation. Great food, very different foods, and beer!
Love love love! I'm so picky and this place was just amazing! My bf and I tried two different trucks and they both were great. Will be returning multiple times.
It was so cool! I wish they'd do this in the Seattle area. Food was inexpensive and awesome.
Killed it, great service great food! Not the best location but they separated the area to enclose it and make it feel safer!
This place is an awesome spot to come if you have multiple people in your group and can’t agree on one type of food. Our group got Greek, Japanese, American, and Indian food. Everybody loved what they ate! The butter chicken and cheese naan from Pinch of Spice was our favorite. The guys working the cart were super friendly too. We highly recommended coming here!!
Wow, first time eating here, my wife got a torta at Brother Express y it was delicious, we got a cheese steak they use Amoro roll, I try Anything else and the drunken noodles are wonderful and spicy, also try the barbacoa taco from Mis Abuelos and very good, price but worth it.
New tap house is super nice and dog friendly! Has my favorite 503 cocktail brand
Went to check out the food carts here before my busy Saturday morning. Decided to order the pancake burger from Griddly Bear. That sandwich hit the spot. The meat is seasoned perfectly, you can taste that they use quality products and overall a filling and delicious sandwich. I will be back for the fried chicken sandwich!
Nice variety of carts, decent bar you can bring food into.
Wonderful food options in happy valley. Large covered area so getting wet is never a worry when enjoying a meal. Plenty of seating and area is well maintained. Lots of Alcohol on tap and a perfect place to refuel and refresh after a day outdoors or an evening out of the house.
Not very busy , not very many carts open . The food we did get was delicious.
Chicken strips and fries , Cheeseburger , tacos and burritos all made fresh . Stopped at boba tea for to-go teas .
A great family outing was made possible by this place .
Clean seating , dining areas too .
The food was amazing so many choices of food trucks I just wish that more food trucks were open you would figure that it being a Saturday night there would be more trucks open
Seems like a rough part of the neighborhood but it has the most delicious foods. I don't know how much different it will be since it's changed to Springwater from Cartlandia. At least my favorite Mexican food truck is still there!
I just had a steak sandwich from Stacked. It was pretty darned good and there were enough fries to feed a couple of people.
The price was reasonable and especially for the amount of food that you get. It was a refreshing surprise as more and more food carts are getting ridiculously expensive.
I recommend that cart!

The parking areas are too narrow. U almost can't open the door if ur car is SUV. But the foods are very delicious.
There are too many Mexican options at this pod. Just, pointless. The ball cart is terrible. The Afghan, Boba, tepanyaki, burger place, etc. Are all great. Puddletown Bagels has great bagels but the coffee is lacking.
Delicious food and great customer services
Great group of food carts. Several carts seem to only have lunch hours? The rest that's are normally open are great!
This place has amazing takeout options. Make sure you check the Afghan Foodcart. Their wait time relatively short compare to the rest of the food carts and they have very tasty meal options. I hope ya’ll try it out. Big 🙌 to the owner.
Had food from the Puerto Rican Soul Food truck, delicious!
Thai mango is now my go to food cart. Great food and great customer service.
