Really, really loved this place. Great vibes, excellent happy hour menu, fantastic cocktails (although I wish there more gin cocktails). The French fries were absolutely delicious and the portions were good for two people sharing a handful of dishes. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing! So cozy with the fire going, and I loved the retro vibe of the place. This might be my new favorite spot.
Bar tender was great - attentive and fun. Lots of NA options, including some late night coffee which I appreciated.
Get the Golden Milk!
Perfectly dim, swanky super hip mid-century vibe with excellent service, food and drinks while playing a good selection of alt rock/punk...perfect! Even have an artist collection card series in a modified cigarette machine! Can't wait to return!
This stylish place is in a great location in the middle of Alberta street. Interior is designed in a retro theme. Staff is very friendly and hardworking. We ordered burgers and fries which was the best fries I’ve ever eaten. Burger and beer were also great. You can taste high quality ingredients. I ordered bun-free lettuce burger which was also very good and durable. We absolutely loved this place.
Rad place from brunch to late night eats. Big menu, healthy and delicious options from the gonza bowl to truffle fries. Lovely cocktails and many super staff.
I don't know why I haven't written a review of Radio Room. I feel like RR is like an old friend that you take for granted but you know you can always turn to. Bring your pooch and head up to the roof top patio. Daily happy hour from 3 - 6 pm. To celebrate fall, try the Rosebird, apple-spiced bourbon, lemon, and grenadine. For vegans, they offer several alternatives including a Chk'n patty sandwich with pickles or sub an Impossible on a Johnny Royale burger, both are great on luckily on the Happy Hour menu.
Brunch served til 3pm. I ordered the biscuits and sauage gravy added fried chicken, the portion could have fed two people, 3 buttery flakey biscuits, the gravy was delicious I wished there was more on the plate, the chicken unfortunately was on the dryer side. Brussel sprouts are my favorite apps I definitely recommend getting them, drinks were great and the vibe of the place was unique.
Radio Room is an easy choice for eating over in Alberta district. They have great happy hour specials, mixed drinks, and a variety of food! I also made a reservation for my friend group of 12 and they were super accommodating and ready for us when our reservation time started. I love their peach bbq chicken wings, fries, Caesar salads. Their CINNAMON ROLLS though? 🤤 Def my favorite. 👌🏼
Not going to lie, this is the best vegan burger I’ve ever had (Vegan Royale), and the best fries I’ve had in a while to boot. The atmosphere is relaxing and welcoming, and the servers were super friendly. The music was excellently selected as well. If you’re looking for a great brunch place, please consider this restaurant. I can’t wait to try out their dinner menu as well!
I enjoyed brunch here with my friend, the environment was very retro and fun. Our server was very friendly and accommodating! Our drinks were balanced and tasty. I ordered biscuits and gravy with mushroom gravy and it came out burnt but our server was quick about getting it fixed and the next order was very good. For a random google search it definitely did not disappoint!
NOTE: This is for they’re breakfast menu only!!
The food here was good! However it is something I could make at home, I would be willing to try this place again during dinner time or see they’re lunch menu. The place was very cute and had a nice aesthetic to it. Service was friendly. Overall we enjoyed our food! It just was not out of this world 🌎
Wanted weekday brunchy things and saw multiple vegan options on the menu. Started with a mojito which was spot on! Fresh mint and not too sweet. The vegan breakfast tacos were a little challenging but the server saved the day with a spice tray that made them absolute saucy delicious 🔥. Will be back to try their Tikka masala with vegan chicken and test their prowess with a Manhattan.
Had breakfast at the radio room on their outdoor upstairs patio and it was lovely. Funky paint and lots of shade for this burner of a day. A smattering of people and attentive staff rounded out the choice meal. Breakfast tacos, biscuits and gravy with eggs and a beautiful French toast with just the right amount of crunch. The Raspberry Lemonade was a refreshing summer libation to round out the day! We will be back.
The staff was friendly, and everyone was very attentive and quick! It was a Friday night weekend before Halloween, and busy. We had some delicious no-proof beverages that I forgot to snag a photo of. One tasted like an orange creamsicle. The other was a gingery refreshing limeade ✨ not enough people write about no-proof drinks; I think they're delicious. You don't have to worry about the extra calories of alcohol. Steak and fries were one dish, and fish were filled with vegetables and jalapenos. I got a side up with a little bit of mashed potatoes. We started with the Caesar salad everything was delicious
Been here a handful of times. Mostly for Brunch. I’ve had the “Wake the Dead” cocktail, that has tequila, coffee and whipped cream…..yummmmmm and the rocker breakfast. Pretty standard, nothing blew my mind but decent.
I’ve found the service to be pretty mediocre when I’ve gone. Not busy and the serving staff just kind of chatting and taking their time. Found them a bit “too cool for school” vibes.
Nothing egregious, just a bit off putting.
Atmosphere is cool with the old school booths and velvet curtains. Great patio for Summer with fire pits. Haven’t tried their happy hour.
Food was absolutely delicious. The smoked pepper bacon Egg Benedict was the star of the show. The fruit cup was refreshing and sweet along with the brut orange mimosas.
