Hopcity Tavern - Portland - Photo album

I went to HopCity Tavern for the first time during burger week, so the food I ate is not on the menu any longer but it was absolutely mouthwatering! I had the “The Cheesy McCheeser”, a 1/2 lb burger, portobello mushroom, Gruyère, Cheesy McCheeser sauce, and dijon-horseradish spread on a pretzel bun.
Very relaxing while also feeling very upscale. Anyone can feel like a welcome guest and the prices are actually very affordable for downtown!
Honestly the best food I have ever had in a hotel. Every dish I ate for the three days staying in the Hilton was extremely good. Be warned that they do not have adequate staff during large conventions, this is the only negative I can say.
Needed some drinks and some hot food and this fit the bill. Located in the Hilton downtown so very convenient to drink and stumble upstairs. Overall it was ok and satisfied the need. Bartender was working hard and I appreciated his management of the bar and food area. Check it out while staying at H
So there's some good and bad about this restaurant. First, I wasn't sure where just sit as the place was really big because it's inside the Hilton. But luckily I was able to ask somebody where to sit and where to ask for a menu. The tables were dirty and sticky. I had to ask for a washcloth so I go
This restaurant is attached to the Hilton Hotel lobby! It's a nice restaurant, and the service was excellent. We were fortunate to come here when there wasn't too big of a wait and were seated immediately. There were times in which the restaurant was crowded as more patrons of the hotel and or confe
Nice beer on draft selection. Food was good, especially the waffle fries. Interesting pretzel top burger. 5 star service, Peggy was attentive and helpful with menu and drinks. Black bean party was a bit dry. Friendly ambience.
HopCity Tavern + Market is connected directly to the Hilton Portland Downtown. You can access it via the hotel or from the street. This is such a great space to grab something to drink and eat. The space is warmly decorated with plenty of seats to work by yourself or gather with friends. The staff
Great service and delicious food. We especially loved our meat and cheese board appetizer (that Cotswold cheese is amazing!). We tried flatbread, fish and chips, steak frites and a salad with flank steak and it was all delicious. A great meal after a full day of driving.
Tried a local 🍺 sampler and some small bites. Service was great. 🍺 selection was excellent. Glad to try a variety of local 🍺. Food was a bit inconsistent. The tortilla for the 🎏 taco was not cooked and it was cold and dry. Should have been grilled before serving. Brussel sprouts were excellent.
Delicious! The fish and chips with Cajun waffle fries were awesome. The halibut isn't greasy, the batter is thin and light, and the fish itself is obviously fresh. My wife had the chicken 'n' biscuit and that was amazing as well. We also shared a cup of their tomato and smoked Bleu cheese soup -- W
I really enjoyed the food they served. I dined here when I attended Wasabi Con 2023, and really liked the burger. However, they do lose a star for being WAYYY overpriced.
Was a quiet-ish spot when I went about 1930 to meetup with a friend. We sat at a nice comfy couch and had tea, drinks and some Jacobesen Co. Salted Caramels. Their cafe area had some basics like beer and wine and snacks, some toiletries. They had a bar and pizza there as well, my husband had a Negro
