After having a slice of pizza nearby, ice cream sounded like the perfect dessert.
My Gen Z daughter suggested we go to one of her favorite ice cream spots in SE., Fifty Licks.
We pulled up to a cute little shop and parked on the street. We got a total of three scoops of ice cream, mine a single sco
We tried the mango sticky rice, strawberry cheesecake, cornbread honey butter, and toasted milk. If I had to rank them, it would be in that order. The mango sticky rice was amazing! So thick and creamy, I can’t believe it’s vegan. The strawberry cheese cake was probably the best strawberry cheeseca
Fifty licks was recommended by our Portland tour guide. After two weeks in the area, we've tried several ice cream shops. Fifty Licks seems to have a nicer texture than some of the other shops, like a higher fat content dairy. We preferred the selection and taste of the flavors at Handel's or Salt a
Decent Ice Cream and some cool flavors. My only problem is that you need to order from outside and can’t see the flavors and taste them. I like seeing all the flavors an ice cream place has and probably taste the ones that are visually appealing, which I definitely missed at this location.
Mocha Mud Pie and Mango sticky Rice for the win. So creamy can’t believe is vegan.
Matcha Mochi is good too with the mochi bit inside.
(Photoed are the mini scoops for reference) healthy amount.
I rarely leave reviews but this was simply the best ice cream I’ve had in Portland. Possibly the best ever. I’m not sure what their secret is but when I first tasted this I was surprised by how good it was. You have to try this ice cream!
A must try! We were referred by Dustin (he led our biking tour when in Portland). We had to stop by and to try it. Probably one of the best ice creams I’ve had to date, my favorite being the mango sticky rice!
We really liked how the ice cream is creamy and has different chunks of food depending on
This place was a little out of the way for a tourist walking around the non downtown part of the city. However it was worth the detour. I don't happen to be an ice-cream lover. Aghast you shout. I know, I know. However that didn't stop me from enjoying every last lick of my bowl. I loved the s
Holy Ice Cream!!! Ice cream galore for dairy and non-dairy choices! Friendly and awesome staff always armed with a smile and knowledge of their products. Clean and inviting. A great place to get your sweet tooth cravings filled.
My husband I were looking for an ice cream place to visit but didn’t want to drive too far or go to the trendy Salt N Straw. We stumbled on Fifty Licks and we are so glad we did. My husband had the chocolate waffle cone and I couldn’t go wrong with Strawberry Cheesecake. Delicious!
Bananas Foster was ... unbelievable. Thank you
Edit: I didn't know this was vegan ( my wife is, but I'm not). I would have never known. Was one of the best ice creams I've had in a long time. Honestly, glad I don't live nearby.
Wonderful icecream selections. I endednup with the vegan Coconut Lemon Saffron. They also have regular and gluten free option.
Gotta go back to try French toast. Bananas Foster, and Mango Sticky Rice
Really exotic flavors like black sesame and mango sticky rice. There's all the options avaliable and accomodates vegan and gluten free folk--and the staff was kind. They offer gluten free cones even. Not too sweet which was nice.
The prices a little high so I just go with the basic scoop (quite sma
Premium ice cream at a premium price. I'm a fan of their little wooden spherical sculptures indicating the relative sizes of the 2 scoop sizes available. But, other that that, there's not much in the way of information... the names of the flavors are frequently less than descriptive, which encour
Awesome Ice Cream👌 this cream rivals most! I love the Cuban coffee. Great selection of basic and custom flavors! Fresh made sugar cones. Ala-mode🍦
This is our favorite Portland ice cream for sure! It is clearly made with good, fresh ingredients. The strawberry is amazing. Double thumbs up!
