I was just there today and I had a very nice meal. But what got me was the wonderful service a young lady behind the counter gave to an older gentleman with a cane. She took his drinks out to his car for him as his hands were full. All the counter help was friendly to me too when I asked for extra sauce and a bag for my food. Great food {love the steakhouse burger} and service. A little pricey but very nice nonetheless.

My first time having hushpuppys fish sticks, they come 3 or 5 pieces. I loved them, and tarter sauce was very good. I have the app on my phone and used the free motz sticks offer, and they were outstanding with their ranch dressing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be back soon. 👍🇺🇸

This is my go to spot. The halfway point between my daughter home and mine to pickup the grandkids to come visit. Anyway the Diet Coke has the worst state. Almost like dirt or mold. Not the first time. Please check out your machine or whatever system to ensure it’s very clean and mixing correctly. Could be the ice too. Not sure. I will drive down the road to McDs to get my drink. Also this last time you were out of Chicken Salad sandwich. Disappointed.

Only did the 4 star rating cause the chicken sandwich was a little on the dry side. My mom had it before she lives in Muskegon and said this was poorly lacking.

My motz sticks were frozen in the middle. That was the first time I ever had that at this location. They usually do a good job with the food.

Love Arby's normally but here they use Hawaiian rolls instead of the normal buns for sliders which is not a good tasting substitution.

Pulled up at 8 pm (ish) at the same time as 3 other cars. I honestly thought it would take forever! But all of us were thru the line and with our food within 10 minutes! I finally tried the crispy chicken sandwich at the suggestion of the speaker guy and it was excellent! I've found a new sandwich here! But next time I'll omit the honey mustard. I love the honey mustard here but it's just not a good combo with the chicken sandwich. Oh, they also forgot my cheese sauce I ordered, but I had pulled over to eat my food and the girl came running out a few minutes later bringing it to me! I was there the night of the 12th, so whoever the crew was working that night was excellent! They were super quick, very friendly, and very considerate, running my cheese sauce out to me!

I came in with my parents today. The staff was very friendly and patient with us. (My mother has dementia.)
They answered her questions, and didn't make us feel rushed or upset.
The young lady working the counter was amazing! (If her pronouns are wrong I apologize. But I believer her name is Selena?)
The food was also super good! Highly recommend eating here.

Stopped by just to get a delicious Jamocha shake. Customer service was so polite and helpful, I ended up ordering chicken bites. They offered up 2 different sauces. I chose barbecue and they gave me honey mustard too.
