It's fast food so its not gonna ever be 4 or 5 star worthy. Service today was good but I have had issues in the past having to repeat my order a few times at the speaker then repeat it again at the first window then repeat it again at the second window then repeated it 2 more times after pulling up.

Had to pull up, which is no issue. Got my breakfast immediately, but had to wait 30 minutes on my coffee(s). Which they didn't have the stuff for one of them so it was just waiting for a watered down frappe. Other than that it was great

Sent my husband to pick up some breakfast this morning, he ordered two meals but only received one after being told to park at a waiting spot. I called and spoke with a woman manager who was very polite (wish I caught her name) - anyway, she apologized and explained that they are short staffed - which seems to be the case at most places these days...so I drove back to pick up the rest of the order and she even threw in something extra. I just wanted to say thank you to her and all the staff, I know they don't have it easy with the high demand of customers and not enough people willing to work. So thank you to the ones who are willing to work, and thank you to the manager for making things right!
