Sorry portland McDonald's, yall are slow, the food is always wrong, your ice cream machine never works, and your staff are rude as all get out. If I have to repeat my order to you 6 times and you still get it wrong, then perhaps you should find a job doing something else instead of taking peoples orders and yes I spoke loud and clear. They do this every single time I go there and still get the order wrong. Get it together.

Whether I go early morning or afternoon they never get my order wrong, service is quick even if there's a long line. Love this place, drive thru lady in the early morning is always friendly with a smile on her face, really makes my day to see someone enjoying what they do. The food and coffee are always hot and freshly made. Keep it up morning crew!!!

Went for 3 large fries and that is all.. they could even get that right.. this place has been going on a downward spiral. . The 3 large fries were barely filled with fries and im paying 7 dollars and change for 3 fries.. you better believe they should be filled to the top. And plus they werent even fresh.... I think the employees knew it too because the filled the bag with enough napkins to cover the fries from sight... very disappointed. .

I have been here 2 times since Jan. This 3rd time the employees were talking to each other & no one was running the counter. The manager even stood around like an idiot. The owner needs to fire all these lazy non-working employees & start all over. I'm surprised they are still in business. Better to go elsewhere!!!

I don’t usually post a rant on Facebook but I am annoyed. My kids absolutely love, love, love McDonald’s. (Not me) They look forward to having a Happy Meal all the time. It seems to me that the service gets worse and worse every time we order though. The buns are as hard as a rock, we get buns without meat (yes it has happened more than once), we got meals without the fries, we got cheese burgers instead of plain and dry burgers, and we don’t even get the smile in the window at all. The mistakes have got so frequent that my lectures on “all the starving children of the world” are no longer affective because my children are starving themselves because McDonalds can’t get our order right EVER. On many occasions, I have had to drive around the drive through, park, and go back in the store to get new meals. What was the point of “fast food” if I had to go inside and return the food from the window! We can only get so many “rain check credits” that we don’t even use because the turnover rate in management is high and the employees can’t keep track of all the mistakes they make. All I’m saying is McDonald’s can you please train your employees on basic customer service, and how to read the order receipt correctly! I would like to have 1 order made correctly! I currently feel like you are robbing me every time I have throw your meals away after buying them! It is so wasteful! And just an FYI she is not being a brat about her meal, she’s just tired of the constant disappointment of McDonald’s “Happy Meal!” not even the toy made her “Smile”!

Burgers were burnt, my sons nuggets were very cold in the center and they gave us 4 instead of the 6 I ordered and paid for. I have given this place numerous chances because of the kids and it's the only one In Portland but it's only getting worse. People there have no idea what they are doing and rude.

This morning came to get breakfast. I walk up to dining area and door blocked by a trash can through in doorway. Employee tells me only drive thru, I point to my ROLL OFF truck, no way I'll make it through there. I come to whataburger cause I'm hungry, I see the same older couple I saw at mcds, through conversation with them they tell me the mcds does that whenever they feel like closing the dining area. �������

I was in the play area and they just sat my food on counter. Plus they got part of my order wrong. Another customer came and told me it was ready. The floors through out were all sticky and dirty. Poor customer service not only for me but other customers as well.

If there was a negative 1, that's what I would rate it. The place STINKS, the food is cold, and lets not forget the # of flies my family and I had to eat around in. I see i'm not the only one complaining about all this which is sad. Oh and for some reason, the 3 times i've been there my order is always messed up! Never stopping there again

This McDonald's needs some serious managment attention.
At least in their drivethru area.
They mess up my iced coffee order every time (then get an attitude when I ask them to fix it) and today they pulled this.
Asked for a medium coffee, cream/sugar on the side, got the coffee, didn't check cause how do you mess up pouring coffee into a cup right?
Got home opened it up & I don't know what the heck kinda coffee it is but it tastes like crap! Definitely not the black coffee that it was supposed to be (Won't let me post picture)
I wish Wataburger had iced coffee...

They messed up my order i ordered a quarter pounder all the way and they gave me a double cheese burger plain, i tried calling but the phone was always busy & i also tried calling the next day but still no answer it just rung... couldnt go back had to attend to my 4 mnth old baby s
