It is 10:40 pm right now as I am submitting this review. I arrived at 10:19 to the Sonic in Portales, NM. As you can see in my screen shot they are supposed to close at 11 PM. I pushed the red button to order at 10:22. I waited patiently and there isn't an answer on the speaker, then the lights go

But there are only so many times that the entire staff can be rude across the board and serve me food that looks like its been out for a week before I finally get fed up. So at what point is management going to change their MO to stop serving cold burgers that were probably made earlier that day or possibly the day before then put them in the microwave just before serving it to their customers?!
Didn't get 1 of the burgers I ordered correct but no big deal. Otherwise fast and friendly
Ordered using the sonic app. The place was packed, but we got our order in less than 5 minutes. Sonic app was quick and easy.
Excellent, quick service. Order was made correctly and we even got a mint.
I'm an always pleased with how friendly the Sonic employees are. Very nice in this age when customer service is not considered to be important.
The double stuffed oreo waffle cone was a RIP off. It had 2 small broken cookies on top and the rest was ice cream. It was not at all like the picture.
Won't take orders unless you pre-order or something. Didn't make sense and wasn't helpful
