Thai City - Portales - Photo album

The employees were very kind and helpful and easy to talk to as I asked questions about the seemingly endless menu. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time and the temperature of the items was good. Food taste good. I did like the Spicy Cheetos sushi roll. The interior of the location is
The staff is so nice and kind but the chef must’ve been off the evening I was there. I ordered a vegetable curry with tofu asked for extra vegetables. When I got it home, well the picture speaks for itself. A few chunks of fried tofu and even fewer veggies that had obviously been pulled out of a bag
Look the food here is typically great. Would it hurt to not put steamed rice in ziplock bags when carrying out food. By the time you get home it’s practically a brick…I’m guessing these bags are prepared ahead of time…it’s in the bags too long. Maybe put fresh rice in the bag so it’s not so glued
Usually good but this time I got raw shrimp in my hibachi plate. I couldn't even cut through with a fork and the uncooked inside squished out like gelatin. I was so grossed out I couldn't even take a picture. Server acted like we were overreacting and had a rude attitude. Professionalism goes a long
Decent thai restaurant. Their crab cheese wontons were good but the wonton soup and panang curry were too salty. Pad see ew were great ! Thai tea and coffee were yummy ! Service is just alright.
Dirty place for dine in!!…We got served with cold food and the server is kinda rude to us. Not really impressed to go back. Don’t go here for Asian food. We ordered an appetizer that was so burned, and was served to us anyway!!
Good food for the most part You order it And it's not what you asked for they make you pay for it anyway
Since I have to give it a star I'll give it one. Fish was frozen on my plate had a bad taste I couldn't get out of my mouth for hours. Bad service
