I missed lunch due to a presentation. I went from there to the hospital and was there until after 6 pm. Ravenous! I ordered online, came home, and enjoyed every delicious bite: spaghetti, zucchini chips, and the Super Bowl for my husband. Every flavor was so good—thank you for cooking for me.

I ordered some Coconut Ice Teas to go this afternoon all I received was regular unsweetened tea with a very small hint of Coconut. I was not impressed.

Waited 45 minutes for my food. Asked me 4 times what the name was on the order was. Took forever and the person who waited on me said well they are kinda busy. They’re usually pretty good but this was ridiculous.

Time was good. People are friendly. I usually have no problem with this place. However, this time, after saying at least two (if not three) times I wanted a fettuccine alfredo with chicken omitted and spaghetti sauce added, and correcting the person, I just had fettuccine with spaghetti meat sauce.

When I order from the portales location my foods always good fresh and fast! When I’ve gotten it from the one on 14th it’s eh and I never get plastic ware but I get it in portales which is super convenient especially when I’m home and don’t want to wash a dish that night! Thank you portales!
