Unfortunately ordered the messiest hot fudge Sundae ever. The container was too small. Leashed all over my hands and car. The window was nice enough to replace it but it was not presented well. I wouldn't order another ice cream sundae there.
Portage McDonald's is one of the better McDonald's out there. The manager on day shift is a good manager and she is right on it.
But I will never forgive McDonald's for getting rid of my steak sandwich.
Just stopped and got food got a big Mac and it only had stuff on the bottom nothing on the top part. I took 3 bite and it was dry and nasty. I mean it's one of your signature thing and you get it wrong. And they want 15 an hour but can't maker there food right and the place is nasty inside
Great tasting food and milkshakes and as always reliable but even tastier double quarter pounder than usual. The chocolate shakes were thicker and better tasting.
Awful experience…..they completely ignored all the customers. Made everyone order from the kiosk even though there were only 4 customers in the restaurant. No one spoke English and the one that did completely ignored the customers….I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Awful, awful, awful.
I ordered two plain double cheeseburger and a 2b meal plain. Got onions on all and meal was lukewarm at best. Shouldn’t have to pay for service this bad! Twenty bucks down the drain!
Stop there to order two big Mac meal and took two bite and it didn't see right. I check m my burger only have one meat in it. Kinda disappointed. It's just not one but both has only one meat in it.
I haven’t seen a McDonald’s with a playground in so long so 💯🥹 that just brings back memories service was great
