The WORST experience ever. We had to wait 47 minutes for our food. We asked the manager when we would be getting our food and she asked what we had and we told her and then she got mad and raised her voice at us because they already made the order and gave it to someone in the drive through and we should have stopped them and told them it was our order. Not once did anyone apologize for the long wait or offer to refund some money. We WILL NOT return and I will tell everyone I know of my experience here and NOT to come here.

First time visiting a Dairy Queen in years. Had the #1 deluxe burger and fries. The food was actually good. That suprised me the most. The décor needs updating. The owners were fantastic and there kids were lovable.

My kids love to get their birthday cakes here. Went in there to get one today and the cashier was so high she didn’t know how to ring up my cake or process with a debit card. Pretty disappointing service.

The staff really needs to work on customer service. Some of them are super nice but a lot of times the drive thru workers seem miserable, the older woman in particular. Otherwise food is alright 🙃

Placed order for 1 meal girl charged me for 2. Got to window gave me drink, blizzard & dilly bars and asked me to pull over to waiting area. People who ordered after me have gotten their orders and I'm still here while my dilly bars & blizzard melt! Not happy at all!

Yummy food and ice cream! My kids love the cheese curds and the ice cream. Fair prices for what you get. Clean restaurant and not super busy.

Delicious food but poor experience. We were very disappointed to observe an older employee treating a younger employer with contempt and disrespect in front of several customers. The young man was clearly working hard and the older man was snapping at him and making rude comments. He even refused to answer questions from the young man. I hope this situation is addressed because the young man looked so stressed out, and it presents a poor image to customers.

The food is DQ food. It's fast food, so ya know...yummy for what it is. However, both of the people who waited on us were rude. No customer service skills at all.

Got a hot fudge cookie.. fudge was still frozen, they also forgot that we ordered blizzards.. we had to ask for them upon leaving.. haven't been to this DQ for nearly 2 years.. hasn't changed, they still specialize in serving everything frozen, even if it shouldn't be
