Think grass grows faster than they can make a simple sandwich. Three workers behind the counter & it took over 15 minutes to make a single sandwich. No apology/explanation or offer for compensation, just "here's your sandwich, have a nice day"
Overpriced as well for what you get

Stopped here today as we were craving JJ, I had a #9 n hubby had an #11, unfortunately whoever cut the ham up forgot to take the plastic off the outside. We looked at our
sandwich after the first bite n wondered why the ham would not pull away and we opened our sandwich to find plastic on the ham.
This is common sense. Just very disappointing.
I have pictures if the owner is interested in seeing what is being sold to customers.

They are incredibly slow! I called the store an hour and a half later and I was put on hold and nobody ever picked back up. Never ordering from here ever again!

They must not have done their prep this morning cause it took way longer than 30 seconds to make a sandwich here. Otherwise the employees were polite :D

Could only go thru drive thru. Didn't get what I wanted. Would not recommend unless you could go inside.

Fairly more expensive than any other time we had ordered jimmy johns. Was put of bread and unwhich lettuce about 1hr before closing. Had to wait until about 15min prior to closing to get a sandwich. Food was good.

Only drive thru was open. Customer service was great with friendly employees. Our order was made quickly & correctly. One of our favorite Jimmy John's locations!

Great food and great service. Just what you should expect from a JJ's. Fresh ingredients and made right in front of you. I went in at a really slow time yet all employees were at their stations ready to go. Haven't been disappointed yet with them.
