Was in the area and fancied a pint. Noticed an authentic Irish pub and thought: how quaint. Stopped in and tried some of their authentic small town "ale". The colorful locals brought a combination of low brow humor and mild racism (it was quite refreshing :)) the drinks were more than reasonable and the service was outstanding. It wasn't until the more-than-half-in-the-bag-elderly-republican-with-clear-sexuality-issues decided to insist I take his side on current politics, that I felt a little uncomfortable, but the hostess was quick to come to my aid and comfort the other gentlemans need for attention. The music was a combination of 1970's coffee shop jam and 1990's teenage girls dodge neon road trip. So a heathy medium �. At one point the jukebox went out, but luckily this strapping young knight in shining armor with awesome taste in contemporary rock and thighs that could crush foes twice his size, came to the rescue and MacGiver'd a boom box out of his phone, a roll of toilet paper, 4 paper clips, three quarters of a hotdog and a small Phillipino rodent, that the night really kicked off. After that the night just became a blur of tequila, craft beer and unprotected sex...while taking the lords name in vain. I'd keep going, but the rest is between me and my priest....5 stars . Would stop again
Use to not like going there because of lack of variety of music, but I do enjoy it now. Played pool there last night. We won. Thank you Blarney for your services :)
The best bar in the area, by far, in my opinion. Stop by and have a drink and see for yourself. Staff is easy going and knowledgeable. Has a smoking room and private patio in back, with separate jukebox.

She always makes sure everyone is having a good time. She's the best.

Laid back, great crowd, well managed. I always recommend it to friends and hipsters alike.
Atmosphere is amazing and the bartender's are very good at what they do.
