Location and environment.
A nice location in downtown portage but blink and you will miss it in the streams of store. There is a big sign to welcome you in through. Plenty of street parking and around the side. It was a clean fresh looking place.

We've been customers for about 4 years now. Over the years we've seen the quality slowly decline. The last time we ordered food from here my husband got a piece of METAL in his food, looked to be a piece of steel wool. We called and they offered to replace it for free the next time we came in. Was not impressed when I received the bill and was charged almost 30% more than the menu price. When I asked why I was charged so much the reply to me was that she only charged me an extra $2 for Togo order, oh oh oh old prices.. not to mention the order of fried rice was half the size it used to be
I went in to pick up my telephone order..I was told the prices went up and did not match their flyer they had stacked out by the register. For the $9.23 for lunch..portions should have been larger..lunch used to be 5 or 6 dollars..a big jump for such small portions..will not be back with 2 other ch
Sometimes there is a communication problem. Had to pay for drink I didn't want. Not offered water. Egg drop soup was very good and hot. Egg roll overdone. After 30+ years, it's time to say...GOODBYE! Did you sell again?! Crab rangoons soupy and No Flavor;Eggrolls, gummy wraps and mushy inside, NO Flavor. If you don't want customers to order by the numbers YOU put on your Menu, THEN DON'T put them on at all! Even the Egg Foo Young has gone downhill..
