Our food tasted good and our order was correct. Unfortunately, we had scheduled for a 6pm pick up time and our food wasn't ready until after 6:30. We had increased fuel cost with the over 30 minute added idle time in the parking lot waiting and had the ice cream we had purchased completely melt.
Very pleasant, fabulous service, the personal pan pizzas were really good! You didn't get 5 stars cuz there was a cob web hanging from ceiling to lamp above our table. So nothing that will arrest my business no! It's an easy one to miss also. Dont get all upset. Thanks, we really enjoyed our lunch!
Get some employees that can talk on the phone properly. Also some of the staff needs an attitude adjustment. I used to love Pizza Hut until about a year ago. It’s gone waaaaaay downhill.
I always use the contactless delivery option due to have long a dog and not wanting him wound up at bedtime and most delivery drivers just leave it at the door and walk away but not Chase he went above and beyond tonight and saw the note on my door about my dog and called me instead of just leaving
Many Pizza Hut's are closing but this one is still thriving. A large thin crust with 3 toppings is still under $11. No one makes 🍕 like the hut.
Since I was younger and now that I have grown up I have been visiting pizza hut here in Portage. I have always been satisfied with the service and preparation of the food. Thank you!
