Excellent customer service ! I chatted with what I was guessing was a late teenaged boy and he was QUITE pleasant, engaging and helpful. Two thumbs up for that, which certainly stands out in what generally seems to be a somewhat apathetic workforce ( though not at Culver's).

19 minute wait for a cold burger. I’ve eaten at a lot of Culver’s locations but have always had a good to great experience until I visited this location. I ordered a typical burger and value basket and 14 minutes later (based on the time on my receipt), it was brought to me in a tray. I stated that I wanted it to go. I was never asked if my order was to go or dine in when my order was taken and I forgot to mention it. The staff member took my food to the back counter and told another staff member that it needed to be bagged to go. That staff member ignored my meal and bagged other food. Finally, the original staff member who took my order took the tray out for a lap around the dining area before finally finding me waiting up front and asking if I actually wanted it to go. I stated I did and my meal was finally bagged and given to me 19 minutes after my order was placed. I did order during the dinner rush but even still, I find this service unacceptable, especially compared to the stellar service I can usually expect from Culver’s.

Great place to eat during the day on week days other than would never recommend. Order is wrong every time I go. Ask for a well done burger and it comes out very pink every time. Don’t get the order right so wait in line for ten more mins to not even be waited on because three employees are just standing there chatting and staring. Very disappointed it used to be a very nice place.

I always love the staff here. I was recently through the drive through early, and all my fries were completely burnt. I did not order them extra crispy, I tried calling and the phone rang for over ten minutes on separate occasions. To add to this I was missing items, all I wanted to do was get the fries and items, but no answer either time.

Prices are getting higher and higher while the food quality doesn't improve. Employees automatically upcharge to a double unless you correct them to a single. Complete order breakdown where the person taking the order placed an order that was the complete opposite of what I asked for. Then sat and waited 15 minutes for it to be brought out. I admit I am tough to please but if you can't get the basics right. There's a reason I don't go as often as I used to.

Waited in the drive thru over an hour. The guy running the food out was literally running and apologizing to each car. Got home and of course missing something but realized it wasn't on the receipt either. The screen was the person 4 ahead of me so no way to see it . This is becoming the norm for them as I feel they don't take as much pride anymore. This was st paddy's day and I would say busier but usually this busy!

Had the Wisconsin pub burger in Wisconsin and the cheese definitely made the experience great. Would order this over and over. Just wish I had room for ice cream after my meal!

Jonathan loved the butter burger..."I got to pick my own type of cheese, and got cheese curds as my side" delicious. Christina loves the blueberry milkshake with real blueberry....great lunch really hit the spot

Thanks for the turtle soup! Aka forgetting about our ice cream as we watched 3 cars behind us leave before getting our melted ice cream. What a waste of almost $40 for crap ice cream.

Raising the roof on that building makes it look awful. All that money into making it taller seems economically irresponsible. Perhaps lowering the high prices on your menu would have been more prudent AND more attractive than raising the roof.

The fish sandwich sucked! It was full of water. You take a bite and nothing but water. Very bad!!!

My mushroom Swiss was more than buttery, it was five napkins greasy! I normally love their food but that's the last mushroom Swiss I have!

Knew I should have went to A&W for a Root Beer float. Mostly root beer very little float. Would have gotten 3 times the amount for the same price.
