At 3:40 on June 19th we placed an online order for curbside pickup at the Portage Park location. The order was confirmed by the “restaurant” at 3:43, and we arrived at the parking lot at the same time. The confirmation email stated the food would be delivered “by 3:59.”

We used to just get ice cream from Dairy Queen but we've been turned on to the food. It's actually really really good! The flame Burger is top-notch! Staff and management here are excellent!
It was good. I was will from now on order chicken strips & BBQ sauce on the side though. Way to much. The BBQ chicken strips were just totally over soaked in BBQ sauce. I had to pour as much as I possibly could out of the container Regular chicken strips from now on. 👍
Just sat in line from 9:35-10:10 the horrible manager or whoever she was flings the door open and says we’re closed at 10:00 after the whole line of people were waiting the same amount of time as me. Here’s an idea. Turn the lights off at 9:45 instead of 10:00 if you’re going to not take care of the
Been here a few times now and every time I order a blizzard or shake, it comes melted and soupy. No wonder they don't do the upside down blizzards. Definitely not going back. Not worth a 10-15 minute wait for melted ice cream.
I order here every once in a while. My food was cold and my gravy was literally just the bottom filled not enough for six pieces at all. I worked at a dq for four years and I know this isn’t a standard.
The new burgers are decent, the cheese curds are amazing, and the chicken strips basket is top notch.
As far as treats... I mean, it's DQ, how can you go wrong? My personal fav is the new mint girl scout cookie Blizzard, but you could close your eyes and point and still get something awesome!
We had ordered a ton of blizzards for Re wedding party. I got large butter fingers with extra butter fingers. Paid extra for that and had barely nothing in there just a little bit very disappointed 😞
