Indiana isn't known for its stellar fast food workers or its diversity of cuisine. Nevertheless, I did not expect to wish I had eaten the industrial waste polluted dirt outside instead of waiting 20 minutes for a sad sausage biscuit and greasy hash browns. Am I expecting too much of workers paid the lowest legal wage? Probably: but that doesn't change that it was an unsatisfactory experience.

It's obvious no one working at this hardees/red burrito gives one damn about doing their job in any kind of professional manner. But when you look at the surrounding area and where these workers come from it's no surprise. I guess hardees is fine with hiring scumbags to run their business into the ground. I know I'll never waste my time stopping here again.

Perfect example why this is the only Hardee's around in nwi... service is extremely slow even with a headcount of 9 behind the counter . Overall great food but terrible customer service

Extremely slow service, strawberry shake tastes and looks like vanilla, burger is cold. Avoid!

Extremely highly priced and not a ton of incentive for good food since you are a captive audience stuck on the paid tollroad.
