Chipotle is normally great but aftee a 35 minute wait they had no lettuce, veggies, corn or mild sauce. Had to go home and make my own. They should be ready for any promotion!!

UPDATE: proportions are still terrible! your food gets cold by the time you get it an sit down they need to keep the food hot not room temp, other issue is there portions are so off I can’t believe it this could just be me but man they are stingy: UPDATE once again chipotle fails look at this portio

This is not a review on the food! Love Chipotle's food. My review is on ease of service when you are IN the restaurant. They will take 10 minutes filling online orders at the counter, while you stare at them in line. They need a different system.

I would give zero stars if I could. Food is good I placed an online order and I was sitting there for 20 minutes five people came in five minutes after me and they all got served before me. Traveling through we decided to use DoorDash and get dinner. Had $50.83 of food ordered. Food was good. But the dinning room was disgusting: dirty tables, pop spilt on the floor. Had to wipe down a table just to eat, though we should of went home (outside tables were full).

Just left there after ordering online and half the toppings I order were not on my food including chicken. Wasted my money and dont bother chatting with customer service. The guy left mid discussion and put me on with a robot.
