I love the Portage Pizza Hut. Whether I dine in or pick up my food it's always hot and tasty. The employees are always friendly and nice to talk to. Today I talked to the GM Jillian for the first time and she made it possible for my food to be delivered even though in the past I was told I was just out of range. Thank you Jillian! You are (((The Best)))!

This people are very unprofessional and mean i just don't want to order ever again! I made an order and as a special instruction i wanted my pizza well done not rare that's disgusting and turns out they gave 2 burned pizzas. Both were garbage,dough was very hard and smoked! We got the big box wings and cheese sticks total cost $25 they messed up the order bread sticks instead of cheese sticks the wings looked like a bad kids meal looked nasty pizza wasn't the best as well. Remember years ago when going out to eat was actually a big deal the food was awesome.. now it's just ok whatever.

Good customer service the pizza was hot. The boneless wings aren't good, first time trying them I won't be purchasing them again. Overall I will visit again in the near future.

This was the first time I have ordered Pizza Hut in over a year. The last few times I had ordered it in the past, the sauce did not taste good and I thought you were using a different kind, so I quit ordering it. I really like the pan pizza and was craving it, so I thought I would give Pizza Hut another chance. I was very pleased to find that the sauce was good like I remembered from before the change. I hope that you keep the original sauce and do not change it again.

Was told they delivered paid on card waited and 1hr10 minutes then called to find out they don't deliver had to drive there got the food they handed me old bread sticks they took the old ones back. The store decided I'd get 2 free 2Liters. Also to asked if I wanted new bread sticks so they took my old ones back and I had to wait for them to make fresh. But the food was good pizza hut has some good ingredients

Called to confirm my online order was ready for a special event. Couldn't get anyone to pick up the phone. So I arrive and lo and behold they don't even have the freaking order. The online coupon was not available in store which was understandable except that it was their mistake! And how do they resolve it you ask? By offering me an in store special that costs me $10 more for substantially less food.

My wife just wanted some breadsticks, so I went out in 2 degree weather to go pick them up. When I got back home, the tops were hard as shoe leather, they were burnt, and cold. Oh and the sauce was ice cold, it used to be hot. Our 3 month old puppy wouldn't even eat them and she eats everything thing SMDH. They have really fallen on!!!
