Order was wrong, ordered a cheeseburger and somehow never got a bun with that burger. Often doesn't follow posted hours and items not available. Attempted to resolve the issue with my burger but they could never be bothered to reply.
A decent Wendy's location.
This location still had a bit of the old school look on the inside which I liked.
Had a chicken sandwich, it was VERY good. Much better than most other places chicken sandwiches.
I wanted to try the strawberry frosty but it was out. Chocolate is still as good as ever.
The tables were dirty, no napkins, ketchup, and the soda machine only had 2 options to choose from, water or diet Fanta ... no one mentioned the machine was out of nearly everything or I would have passed on the meal let alone getting a Large. When both of the ketchup pumps were empty and asked for
The Southwest Avocado Salads here are amazing. Now you may have a little wait in the drive thru line but well worth it as everything is made fresh. I would like to add that McDonald's still has the best fries but Wendy's is catching up, really good!
I always think Wendy's is a good idea until I get home. 50% of the time something in my order is wrong and this is hands down the slowest "fast food" restaurant in Portage. Food is good when it's correct, which is surprisingly not often enough.
This was one of the worst restaurant visits I've ever made! The place was nasty and full of food all over the floor, tables and dried soda on the tables, the burgers were cold the cheese wasn't melted, they literally got ketchup slop with some kind of brown and black stuff on the outside of my bun

This last time was ATROCIOUS! Husband made a mistake on the order & left something off. He went INSIDE to fix the error & the chick behind the counter told him he had to go back through drive-thru which we already spent 15 minutes in because they don't take another order until the car getting served
