Review Buffalo Wild Wings - Portage

Food was served exactly as we asked for and everything tasted absolutely excellent! We told our server EVAN that we were hungry, he did amazing job by getting our order ready super fast, thanks Evan!! Appreciate it!

So happy that they now have Cauliflower wings! Their mac and cheese side is also my go to! Depends on location regarding table service. We never have problems at the Michigan City or Portage locations.

The cheese curds were delicious and hot. The other food not so hot, more Luke warm for being not very busy. Not bad for every once in awhile. The server was pretty good also.

This Place is a disgrace. Slow food orders and where's the chicken? All my 10 piece boneless wings had were, 5 pieces of breaded chicken wings and 5 coated fried pieces of breading!!! Dirty dirty dirty! From sticky tables, to filthy over flowing toilets. GET IT TOGETHER Guy's!! How the HEALTH DEPARTMENT ALLOWS this Polpular Eatery to be OPEN TO HUMANS is beyond Unbelievability??? Drinks were ALL they did RIGHT! NEW STAFF MEMBER, needs to not only take orders, but bus the dirty dishes off the paying customer's table? This patron will not be coming back, til this is addressed! CLEAN UP YOUR RESTAURANT. Maybe A CALL TO JON TAFFER. is in order???

Orderd 10 wings thru door dash and when they showed up I couldn't believe my eyes. Some of these I couldn't even classify these even as wings. It's a shame, seems to be going down hill and I used to love this place.

Dinned in last Saturday night. The restaurant was surprisingly not busy. Our server was great and the food came out quick and fresh. I had a double burger with bacon and cheese curds it was amazing. My kids liked their chicken strips and wings.

I usually never go to these restaurants to be honest but this was my first time at this location… with that being said I want to shout out Kat and Kylie for being literally the sweetest staff. Kat you know why you’re the MVP. And Kylie thank you for putting up with my friends and I. We thoroughly enjoyed the service and had a great night thanks to you ladies. We will absolutely be returning and I really hope you ladies get the praise you deserve. Xoxo

We dined here on November 24, 2021. The service was very very slow. I ordered the beef brisket. It was beyond burned. It was like it was made up of a the burnt ends and smothered in barbecue sauce in order to mask it. They were out of potato wedges, so they sub’d regular fries. The picture shows what was served. I asked if they ran out of fries as well. Not happy. Won’t be back. Used to like this place. Gone down hill in a bad way.

After sitting for 20 mins, the server went in to “ready to order” mode, no offer for appetizers. Once food came, 1 person ordered Chicken Ceasar salad- received no chicken. Her husband ordered another salad with chicken, French dressing. Poured the dressing he received only after to find it was buffalo hot sauce. He ordered another salad, never came to the table. I ordered a snack size boneless, which came out in 25 minutes. The Honey BBQ ones were hot- the Korean ones were cold- when I told the server his reply was “ya bro. I know - sorry, I’ll get you another”. Why would you knowingly bring cold food to the table??? My GF’ salad arrived 35 minutes after ordering, and the dressing and silverware arrived about 5 minutes after that. One of our friends had a dry rub order of wings, which were so over cooked there was barely meat on them. They brought a new batch, and and to him, those tasted worse than the 1st batch. He gave them to another in our party and that person spent hours on the toilet that night and the rest of the day in bed with food poisoning. I spoke to the Asst Mgr and he was willing to Comp it all, great! Still missing food—- The manager came over and said no way he was comping it all and did what he could. He asked what else he could do? I stated “, you can make sure everyone back there, (pointing to the kitchen) knows their job before anything makes it out here”. He had no reply. I’m having an EcoSure audit scheduled there. Avoid BWW portage.

Worst service ever. Took 10 minutes from the time we were seated to have a waitress come take our order. I was already ready to place an order and she took our drink order and then walked away. She wasn’t even receptive to me wanting to place my order. Five minutes later she came back with drinks and still didn’t want to take my order but I stopped her from leaving. 30 minutes later we got our appetizer and then another 20 minutes later we got our food. But everything was ordered at the same time because I knew it was going to be stupid not to at this point. Then she never came to refill drinks and finally after we were done eating asked how it was and I asked for the check tried to hand her my debit card and she walked away without it. 10 minutes later still not back to the table had to find a manager to cash me out so I could leave. Worst experience ever.

The service and food was excellent and we got the food fast and fresh with a big family gathering. Drink refills were on spot and the server was great. We Like the Portage Bdubs more than any of the other Bdubs around northwest indiana. Great job Portage Bdubs staff!

Remodeled and that was all I can say that was good. Ordered a drink, waited on the waitress to return for our order, ordered another drink. 45 minutes some food was delivered. 15 minutes later the rest was delivered. It was not even 1/4 full. Hopefully service gets better because Hooters is on the way to Portage

Good wings and staff. Always a good time hanging out with friends. Ask for Mitch to be your server. He is the best.

I wld recommend this Place, bring yur Family or Friends 🖒� The Food was Delicous, I got the tacos & my hubby got the boneless Chicken� We Watch some of the Indy 500 🖒� Had such a Wonderful time, Thank U 2 the Cook, Yr Awesome, Yum... And 2 the Waiters & Waitresses for being very Respectful & doing there Job Great ��

We loved our server Lana! She was so attentive even though she was extremely busy. Our drinks were always full and we never needed to look for her.

Lana was the best waitress we have ever had. We were there Saturday 11/4 for the fights and she was busy but kept our drinks filled and made sure we had everything we needed. W

Our server Felicia did a great job. Very friendly, attentive and helpful! The food was delicious as well.... Keep up the great job!

Took us 37 minutes to get our food... then my wings weren’t even “tossed” just sauce poured over them.

Took a while to get our food, but was there on a Sunday night. They were pretty busy. The wings were great though. Bar Tenderess was spot on.

The service was not good at all! Took forever to get our food and I had to ask two servers to get my son a tablet and still didn't receive it!
