Great experience here last Saturday. I took my 12 year old here for a kids coffee and the lady who waited on us really took a liking to my daughter. She had a nice quick conversation with us. As we left my daughter said "she was really nice."
I'd give them 5 stars but $12 for 2 coffees is kind of a ripoff
They are alway friendly. Today when I was there my bill was $29.00 I told the cashier I had a free reward. He asked me if I just wanted to use the stars I had and I said sure so he brought my bill down to $13.00. I was very grateful. I love Starbucks because no matter where you are or if come back later when you order a drink it is going to taste the same I can not say the same for Dunkin.
I gave them 4 stars because they never have the syrup we want and on occasion they have me pull over to the front and wait for my drink and I order a iced chi late with oat milk a pump of brown sugar syrup a shot of blond espresso and pumpkin cold foam on top. I understand that it’s mot the employees fault that they don’t have what we want. But is frustrating.
These employees are always friendly and are on top of customer satisfaction! I go to this one over the one closest to my house due to their clean store, merchandise selection, customer service, and overall great atmosphere!!! Great job guys keep up the great work!!!! You’ve definitely got business!!
They lost a star. Why? Because the lady at the drive thru was rude. I ordered an Espresso Frappe with whip because they don't put it on unless you ask. So when I get to the window to get my order she hands me the drink without whip. I hand it back and say this is supposed to have whip. She then proceeded to lecture me about having to ask for whip when I order and the reason why they want you to. She closed the window before I could tell her I had and it clearly said on the sticker add whip. She then shortly after hands it back to me with the whip added and proceeded to again tell me I needed to order it with whip. At which point I am now ticked. I point to the sticker and said I did and pointed to where it clearly says add whip. Oh I'm sorry that's our fault. You think? Please teach your employees to double check that add on's are added on and don't berate customers over the employee's mistakes. Do better.
Definitely one of the better Starbucks in NWI! Everything I've ordered here has always been correct, no matter how complicated. Even more importantly, they are consistent with the regular stuff. The staff is always friendly and during these COVID times...masked up. The drive thru can get packed quick, which is the only downside really.
To anybody going here for the first time, watch out for the drive thru curb. I've seen a few cars turn into it when pulling into the parking lot and when the try to pull to the right when leaving the drive thru. Just a heads up.

Pleasures of seconds in this life are nothing but traps to get pulled away from the Savior Jesus Christ that Saves us from eternal fire .
My friends Jesus Christ is coming again & ever eye shall see Him and every knee shall bow down regardless if saved or not but the Judgement is for the unrepentant ones.
