Super long wait but that's fine. We ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals with 3 other adult meals and when we got home to eat one of the kids happy meals had no chicken in the box

I dont know what happened to this location. I work in the business park. All my coworkers lately have received wrong orders, and today I did. I hate spicy food and definitely didnt order the spicy chicken sandwich. See for yourself.
Very nice staff. The drive through wasn't too busy. The order was correct. I've been there before inside and my experience was much better this time.
Took 14 minutes to get our order, which was missing not just the extra sauce and pickles, but the regular sauce that us supposed to be on the sandwiches was sparse, and 2 whole pickles total! Employees were rude as well.
Asked for hot sauce for my burrito twice and they still forgot it, tried giving us someone else’s food and drink. Couldn’t even get one single thing correct. I would have left 0 stars if I could.
Female working drive thru was rude. Next time perhaps make sure the window is closed before talking about a customer. I usually go for a sweet tea and more than half the time I get UNSWEETENED tea. To point where I check before pulling away.
Service was very slow. The shift leader explained that several people scheduled to work did not come in. When we finally got our food it was dry and tasteless.
Employees where great but manager screamed at every employee constantly then locked the lobby because she couldn't keep up. She yelled at her crew the entire visit and yelled at customers who got let into the lobby by other customers. I would hate being a employee at this location, no wonder the man
