Review Starbucks - Portage

It’s a wonderful summer day outside, and the sun is shining, so I felt it was only fitting to enjoy myself a cool drink on my walk today. This time, I opted for the Pink Drink. The Pink Drink is a lovely combination of the Strawberry Açaí refresher and coconut milk, making for a smooth and delicious summertime delight. As this is made with coconut milk by default, it is vegan without needing to augment the drink in any way, making it an easy pick-up for anyone who tends more to a plant-based lifestyle. All in all, the Pink Drink is a perfect compliment to a picturesque afternoon.

Bathroom is clean and well stocked. Snacks are well stocked. Drive thru is quick and efficient. Twice I've gotten the wrong drink, they replace it without complaint.they are often very busy, I do think this is why that happens. A good Starbucks to go to. **** That being said, corporate has spoken and apparently Prices are going up again. Be prepared to pay a little more for your latte.

I like to stop at this location because it is convenient off the highway and there are a lot of businesses here, but this Starbucks location is not the cleanest. The bathrooms are pretty dirty with tp all over the floor and when I just visited now in February, rock salt cover the whole restaurant floor. But, our drinks were good and ready in a short amount of time.

Waited we minutes in line to be served. Then 40 minutes to receive 3 coffees and 1 tea. Staff just ignored us, we then got 3 coffees and waited again for the tea. Will not be using this Starbucks again. The place had a lot of annoyed customers on our visit.

Frequent this location on our way to work in the mornings. The baristas are always friendly, accommodating, and fast. Never had a messed up order here

The nicest person I have ever had taken my order. Was yesterday at this location!!! Well done. I also ordered a mocha that was on point. I appreciate your efforts in these trying times.

My “think she’s grown” 9-year-old received a Starbucks gift card for Christmas and has tried one drink. Today, she wanted to try a different drink from her usual Cookie Crumble Mocha so I ordered it. However, when I got to the window, the kind, concerned young lady named Kaylee warned me that the particular drink she selected would be too much for someone her age. I took heed to Kaylee’s warning and changed the drink immediately. I know absolutely nothing about coffee and I appreciate her being concerned for my child. Of course my daughter was upset and said Kaylee should have minded her own business, but that’s to be expected of a sassy 9-year-old. I on the other hand, am glad and hope she continues to warn other unsuspecting parents such as myself. Hats off to Kaylee👏

Don't have pickup options on the app and then close the Cafe. Waiting 30 cars in the drive through is stupid when your order is done.
