customer service is definitely top notch! I did a mobile order which unfortunately was taken and the staff handled with care and made sure we were taken care of! Definitely the best fast food customer experience I’ve had!
Best McDonald’s in Kalamazoo.Their food is recently a lot better and the place is very clean to.
McDonald's was the Gold Standard for fast food restaurants. That was in the past; today the service is non-existent, and the menu has been dramatically reduced and even with less food to prepare what is served is cold and lacking in taste. Finally the facilities are a dirty, mess with waste contain
Very efficient drive-thru. With 2 lanes, it moved fast. My big-mac meal was hot and fresh. Met my expectations on every level. I visit this location fairly often and it never disappoints.
This is my favorite McDonald's they are clean, fast and the food is always correct. A manager named aleeshia was very helpful with a senior that ordered before me.
This location is sooooooo much better than the one at 6925 S Westnedge Ave, Portage, MI 49002!!!

It has health code violations, and the owner is unwilling to invest money in new equipment!
Food is nothing to rave about. Service is impolite to say the least. It hadn't been smiles and nice answers since covid in either Mcdonald that I've tried. ..and I try not to go but grandchildren still like it.

Excellent speed, service and looking/tasting meal (“tv’s comercial good” like)
when i pulled in and saw that 2 lines of cars almost back up to the entrances (1 to centre and one to portage rd.) i almost gave up and drove off on sight. BUT i was too hungry and to my amazement the line was moving. i think i got my order in and out faster than ever. good job folks!
This is a Corporate McDonalds Store! Policies are followed, even the old ways that the new Corporate theme is drifting from..like a lobby person/hostess, has someone at the counter to take your order during busy times not just use the kiosks. All service times matter as food is made to order. I
