I'm not the biggest fan of the Gloria Jean's coffee chain, but if you want a pretty coffee drink I think they serve some nice ones! They also have sugar free options and non-coffee options. If you like their coffee, you can even purchase some to bring home! I also like their coffee mugs and other items for sale.
Yes.. I just can't catch the new wave of big coffee names, Biggby/Beaners... gross!
Give me a chiller from Gloria Jeans! (The cold drinks are best here). As far as all the KCUPS and new coffees for you to make at home? All of Gloria Jeans hot coffees are good there :) Anyways, Fast service and yummy cold drinks. I am in.

Cashier was very inpatient and boarding rude, with a T-shirt that was longer then the shorts I hope she had on. I understand times are difficult and staffing is short. Just try to be a little kinder and have some patience for people that are willing to spend over $7 for coffee!
I've gone here for about 3 or 4 years ago and I love it. I prefer their coffee over anything from Starbucks or Biggbys! The staff are pretty good, yeah they sometimes talk a bit too much with each other but you almost always get what you ordered within 5-10 minutes. They're really nice for the most part and if you are wanting to try something new they'll help you choose a drink that's too your liking.
Friendly staff and quick service, this place doesn't disappoint. Comparable to Starbucks for sure, maybe better. If you are going to Crossroads Mall make sure to get this and maybe check out Tradehome shoes, it's right around the corner. Friendliest staff in the mall.
Everything here is just delicious and service pretty friendly. The best hot chocolate without a doubt.
One of my favorite places to get coffee, especially their espresso drinks and frappe variations. Such a shame that I can only ever find them in malls, would totally frequent a stand alone location if given the chance. The sizes here are waaay bigger than Starbucks or Biggby, so you get a lot more for your buck. And the staff is super friendly, I talked for a good ten minutes with a very kind young man on the register before I even ordered. I can't do a trip to the mall without stopping here, no matter how speedy I intend to be.
Absolutely great coffee. Many selections not offered by Biggby or Starbucks. Used to go to Gloria Jeans when I lived in California years ago and was glad to find at least one in Michigan when I moved here. Saw another one getting ready to open soon. Hope more pop up in other areas as they're coffee is worth making a trip for.
I like this place … it’s in my way home… it’s less busy than Starbucks and girl working always has a preety smile .. the coffee is lil biter than what u get at usual places… but I like it .. oh and yummmm hot chocolate
Very nice place in the mall to sit and enjoy many of the drinks they offer. The staff was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions about the drinks they had. I had never been here before and they helped me pick a drink that was delicious! I also got a cookie and that was very good as well and very big!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! Even though I don't actually like coffee, I always stop by when I'm in the mall for their wonderful assortment of chillers!
Always love the chocolate mint bomb! Best mint n chocolate iced drink out of all the coffee places and love how the esspresso in the chocolate explosion wasnt bitter, favorite coffee place!
