Clean and convenient. I don’t understand why people gave 1 star due to the kiosk order even if the food quality is decent. I liked burgers and onion rings. And the reasonable price is the plus.

Pretty good food. It was as expected, and the shake was great. Service was fast. I tried to ask for something but the dropped my order on the counter and were gone.
We had the chicken tenders and they were good. A real strip of chicken, it's not processed and formed. The fries were a bit too salty though.

They no longer have a wait staff, so you order yourself and pick it up café style. Still an awesome burger, and they are keeping prices lower that way, so it all washes out in the end.
Just hit the drive thru for a quick burger and fries today. Service was fast, and the burger and fries were good.
Old school diner feel. I enjoy going here sometimes with the family for a decent burger and a milkshake.
A much better quality and price point compared to the "other" burger places. And a half price shake during happy hour priceless.
It feels like online orders get priority and drive thru suffers. We had to wait a long time to even order. The food has been good lately with everything correct. The staff remained friendly under the pressure. Good job!! I'd love to partner up and franchise this place 😆 one day. LOL.
Well I went there for one of their awesome shakes they forgot to give it to me had to turn around and come told them that's going to cost them one that I want two now, they were oblivious to it acted like they didn't even hear me
I’ve lived in the area for 2 1/2 years now and more than often go here because it’s my boyfriend’s favorite place the fresco melts are on point every single time and their garlic burgers. I can’t think of a bad experience at this location.
I've always liked Steak-n-Shake, but the food is often inconsistent. I stopped going for a while because one day they had free fries, but the fries and my Frisco melt were so greasy it was disgusting... My last visit was as expected, but it's not where to go if you're in a hurry.
