Great location and great food. We went to a couple Arby locations in Florida and they were not very good. This one was very good food, clean, friendly staff and the drive-thru was very busy although we ate inside.
I love this place I come here all the time. The food is top tier, and very high quality. The manager is a super cool dude and always remembers me. The only real complaint I have with it is that the food is somewhat expensive for a fast food place, but that's not a problem with the locations, that's Arby's in general. Sometimes when they're really busy it can be kind of slow, but it's not too terrible. Their 2 for $7 deals are really good and the mozzarella sticks are to die for. The staff is so cool that they once gave me two extra orders of curly fries, because I was there all the time.
Great lunch! Nice people serving us in attractive surroundings. Yummy classic Arby's sandwich today with good iced tea! The autumn decorations are fun!

P:S: Now that the Dine-in is open. The tables need to be cleaned up regularly.
Everytime we go there all the tables are dirty with left over crumbles of food etc. We usually sit for 45-60 mins but not a single employee comes and checks out to see if the tables are clean or not. Plus some of the employees are obnoxiously loud and annoying.

6/15/21 : Dine-in is now open.
Arby's is definitely one of the better fast food chains out there. The Place looks, feels and provides better service than most of the other ones.
Due to Covid-19 the Dine-In has been closed for more than a year now. The Carry out just opened up as I am writing this. They have been mostly running on drive through though.
The Dollar $ Menu from 2pm-5pm has to be the best deal among all restaurants. The selection is pretty decent too. The shakes and fries are really delicious. They keep adding something new to their menu which keeps it interesting. All Covid protocols are being taken into consideration
Also, It is conveniently located in WalMart's parking lot. So nothing like having a Root beer float on a hot day after some grocery shopping.
Went through drive thru for a quick dinner. Food is pretty good and a hot roast beef sandwich is always tasty!
Food order was correct but when I was at home and tasted my chocolate shake I discovered it was Jamocha instead. One of the main reasons I go to Arby's is that they have the best chocolate shakes of any fast food restaurant. I was so disappointed!
Enjoy having their fish sandwiches! Kings hawaiian deluxe fish sandwich is so big. I was full after eating half! Curly fries are so yumm when they are fresh. Love their 2-5pm 1$ menu. The mint chocolate chip and Jamocha milk shake is so delicious! Mozzarella sticks and jalapeno poppers are the best! Staff is courteous and seating is spacious.

I come here more than I should. It's the only fast food restaurant on that stretch of road towards the shaver Meijer. Sliders are perfect for the kids in a pinch.
Male Staff member who was working the drive thru on Sunday around 830pm at the shaver location in portage was awesome at his job. He was very professional. He made me feel like my business was appreciated!! I was so impressed! When I got home I told my husband all about him. Lol. Most places today make you feel like a burden. I just wanted to be sure to share this. Thank you!!!
