Great customer service over and beyond my expectation. Wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious. Everything was nice and clean the salad bars very helpful. yummy pizza even if i did get it from sombody else’s platter it was still fire 10/10 would recommend that mouse had me so excited, i know the photo makes it look sad bust don’t let that device you it was fire.!!!🐺🐺😊😊😊😋😋🤗🤗

I want to start off saying the manager (or whoever was working the front at 7p-9p on July 11, you can see half of him in the picture) was amazing!! There were only 2 families there but holy cow that man made sure my 2 yo had a blast! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back! The food was very good! Hot and fresh. The fries could have been crispier but my son loved them so that’s what matters! I really wish Chuck E. Cheese was the interactive animatronics it use to be. There were tvs playing kids bop music which is fine but there was no real interaction with chuck e besides the rotational 30m walk around he did.

Two machines didn't work and they didn't have a sign saying so. I'm sure they would have given me my tokens back but I didn't want to go through the hassle. I saw an employee handle a stressful situation in a professional manner. The manager came and got me when my food was ready because they saw my buzzer wasn't working. It definitely was a great experience my daughter and I had.

I've been coming here for years with my kids. Started when my oldest was 4, she's now 14. There are tons of games. Chuck E comes out once every hour to dance with the kids 😊 We ended up spending a little over $100. Got my 2 boys 90 minutes to play, 1 large pepperoni pizza, and 3 drinks. Only thing I have to complain about is the amount of tickets you need to get anything other then a piece of candy. 6000-8000 tickets is a tad ridiculous for a toy I can go buy for $5-$10. But my boys had fun so that's all that really matters!!

We had my daughter's 2nd birthday party here today. The service was outstanding! They were very accommodating to me wanting to use different decorations and last minute guest list changes. Food arrived at the exact time they stated and it was fresh and hot. The place was neat and clean and all the games were in good working condition. Our party host was very attentive and friendly. Unfortunately I did not receive the feedback email so I could rate her! Definitely will be bringing the family back soon.

Chuck E Cheese was Great! We did our granddaughter's birthday there. We brought our own cake and decorations and sat in the main part. We ordered pizza and drinks there. Had a great time! Love the option to buy time instead of points/ tokens. The play was unlimited for the time we purchased and it was not that much. $27 for 60 min. (There are more time options) Plus it gave us bonus 3min.

This was the 2nd birthday party we had there this summer and their staff was amazing. The kids had a great time.

The store is small and the games are few, but it is clean and I can spend an enjoyable time in it. My daughter liked running after Cheeky Cheese

Wasn't really busy which is a plus for me but everyone was polite and my grandkids had so much fun.

I was there for my nephews 11th birthday with my 2 boys. They had a blast. The safety they showed with parent and children was phenomenal. While turning in tickets, i had noticed i had some point dropped some cash. I thought it was lost. I felt the need to ask if someone might have turned it in. After a few minutes, one of the workers said he had found it not too long ago but hadn't had the chance to turn it in. I thanked him for his honesty. The (what i assume) team leader(manager) witnessed the whole situation. Hopeing he was compensated for his honesty.
