Penn Station is great. Great food, service & staff. I ordered delivery, and the food was still made to order. It showed up hot & fresh.
They have a great selection of menu items.
The food is always great. Whenever I order online, my food is always ready before the time allotted. It's fresh, and delicious. Staff is always been really great. If you want a good, flavorful, hardy sandwich then this is the place to go. I'm definitely recommend
This is the best fast food chain sandwich I have ever had.
I called to place an order while I was driving around the parking lot trying to get my baby to finally take a nap. The girl on the phone was so understanding and so nice about my situation. She said my food would be ready in about five min and sure enough it was ready! I did go at a slow time but the staff at penn station is so sweet and this honestly made my day! My baby finally took a much needed nap thank goodness 😅 and I quickly ran in, paid in less than a minute! Thank you so much 😊
Good subs if you're willing to spend a little more than subway.
Got into an argument with the guy running the counter about whether or not Mayo has dairy in it (it doesnt).
Would be nice if they knew the products a little better, but if you pay min wage I guess that's what you should expect.

Although I hate to do this, traveling all day and making it back home late at night, we had very few options as to where to eat. Fortunately, Penn Station, which I have never patronized in the past was open. We were reluctant to go on in and place an order because from the outside of the store looking in, it appeared that they had already cleaned up the store and grill and were ready to shut err down for the evening.
It was the last 20-30 minutes before closing. We were starving having driven all day and looking for a good bite. Any bite. Besides the rubber burgers served at the clown with orange hair's joint down the street, We decided to go on into Penn Station and see if we could get a couple of sandwiches to go. I expected 1 of 2 things. Either a bad attitude or just a flat-out, "no sorry, we're closed".
Gratefully, the staff was receptive and not taken back by our timing and graciously took our order.
The sandwiches came out super hot and oh so tasty.
The manager and cook that night were super. We really appreciate their patience and hard work in providing excellent service and great steak sandwiches. Great experience all around. I'll be patronizing this place all the time.
I definitely recommend Penn Station.
Had the grilled Italian Classic with fries and "fresh squeezed" lemonade. Sandwich and fries were delicious and filling! The lemonade was refreshing, but it tasted watered down. Would definitely eat here again, just with something else to drink.
Food is soooo good! Teriyaki on point! Tried the wheat bread and it was fantastic. The cookies are the best around! And they have Pepsi products! Can't go wrong!

My wife had never eaten Penn Station. Had to fix that! Great place. Best subs. Awesome service from their team. Five stars.
