Review Biggby Coffee - Portage

The staff at this establishment was extremely courteous, and I was impressed by their friendly demeanor. The cappuccino I ordered was absolutely perfect, from the rich flavor to the ideal balance between coffee and milk. The portion size was just right, satisfying without being overwhelming. Since it was early morning, I discovered that this location was conveniently located near a Tesla Supercharger station. This allowed us to efficiently grab breakfast using their convenient drive-through service. We opted for the bagel with cheese, and it exceeded our expectations. The bagel was toasted to perfection, providing a delightful crunch while the cheese added a delicious, savory element to the overall experience. Overall, this was a highly enjoyable and convenient breakfast stop.

Friendly, wonderful staff. Biggbys is generously allowing Grand Valley Artists to display art, and I chose distillery related photographs that I have taken. Thank you Biggbys and the staff at this Westnedge Biggbys. I love Biggbys French Roast with half and half. Not fancy, but oh so delicious.

I went here 10 minutes before closing and asked rhe batista if she had anything with caffeine that wasn't coffee because I was done with coffee for the day and she was the friendliest person I have ever met. She told me everything they had. Read me all the ingredients, told me her favorites, and it made me smile. In a world where customer service can be such trash, she made my day so much better because of how kind she was! Thank you! And the drink was so good, it was gone in minutes!

I LOVE this Biggby! The staff is so nice! The drinks are awesome! It is such a comfortable place to visit. We love the daily trivia questions. They won't just give away the answers either. You have to really try. LOL!

Coffee is fantastic and the staff is always happy and genuine! I got a vanilla bean made with almond milk and ended up talking to the girls working even after I had my drink because they were so nice! As I’m from out-of-state and after seeing these everywhere in Kalamazoo, I was eager to try Biggby Coffee. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the coffee was quite good! It was a great first impression for a new (to me) coffee house chain, and I look forward to going back.

Wonderful and pleasant atmosphere. The people behind the counter were very nice and patient with us. Also one of the young ladies behind the counter was very helpful in helping me put a lid on my coffee. I really appreciate that. Makes me very comfortable, this is important to me because of my different disabilities and I can't wait to come back again.

I love all of the staff at this Biggby! I appreciate the fact that they have pushed through during this pandemic to make sure we all get our favorite drinks. Nothing beats my Mocha! Though Andrew is my favorite, I love all the barista's here...Brooke and her staff do a wonderful job!

The Westnedge crew has my back 100% of the time. Special shout out to Nadia who's always always holding it down in there. (But they're all wonderful, kind, personable, helpful, etc..) I'm always laughing or smiling there, inside or drive thru, even BEFORE I have my coffee!

The best baristas! The best mochas, lattes and hot chocolate! The customer service is spectacular! They treat you like family! This is by far my favorite Biggby and the BEST Biggby in the area!

This is honestly my FAVORITE BIGGBY ever! They’re the sweetest baristas I have ever met! 11/10 would recommend anyone to stop in and get a latte from them! Morgan, Brittany and Brooke have the most bubbly attitudes! I got the iced tea today but they were ready and extremely eager to make my normal latte!
