Wish they had an I LOVE BUTTON. One of those places I will go by myself , even. Logan staff always friendly . And the food , WOW . Always good from veggies to steaks and shrimp . Prices are good for the portions . Just miss our onion peddals
Steak. That's primarily why. Food is acceptable, but the blur of other steak houses in the area, it's hard to remember which one was what. This place is nothing special in comparison to the others. If I'm in the area and I want a steak, I will eat at the first one I see and not think any differently.
Logan’s is pretty stereotypical when it comes to chain “roadhouses.” The stores have a rustic feel with wood plank floors, tall ceilings, and a carpet of peanut shells.
Had the grilled meatloaf and it was delicious, enough for two so i had plenty of leftovers. Andrew was my server and bartender and did an awesome job.
Waitress was very attentive to us throughout our visit. The only complaint I have is I did want my steak with pink in it(medium rare) but got it well done. Other than that everything was fine. 😊
My family and I had a wonderful dinner. This was in large part because of Drake, our server! The food was great! I really enjoyed my burger and fries, my wife loved the lemon herb chicken, our son ate Mac & Cheese with sliced apples with cinnamon, and my mother-in-law had soup with a side of fries. Great food, great atmosphere, and hands down the best server in Kalamazoo and Portage. If you go to Logan's, I hope you get Drake as your server, you are in for one heck of a professional! We will definitely be back! Thank you Drake and thank you Logan's for a truly memorable dinner!
We went today for an afternoon snack!! A guy from the table behind us was complaining that they had been there way to long for food! I understand that but the staff did tell them that they were very understaffed! They paid for their alcohol and left and didn't tip the sever! The server has no control over the food! The server DOES have to pay Taxes on that bill! Our server Morgan was so very nice and sweet! Logan's is lucky to have her!! I had a lovely afternoon 😊
Better than my last visit. I wasn't as hungry and with a friend, smallest sirloin was still a really nice piece of steak. Rolls were good. No complaints! Took a little longer than it should have considering it was lunch and the place was pretty empty. Rolls weren't ready. But once everything was served, no issues.
2nd time was not better than the first. This is twice in a row that my family has been disappointed by this place with cold food and a 40 minute wait on a call in and pick up order. And still that was wrong with missing items. How do you pass off a bun as Texas toast. Proof is in the pic.
We went late in the evening so it was much slower than usual. Our server was extremely attentive and polite. Our food was cooked perfectly and brought to us quickly. No complaints!
Great place to eat. Greated quickly and seated. Very pleasant atmosphere and friendly. Will be back. I had a 12 oz.Ribeye , French fries salad and a roll. My friend had a 16 oz.Ribeye,baked potato, salad and a roll . We we very happy with the server. He kept filling our water glasses and would ask if there's anything else we needed. We also had peanut buckets on the table and munched on peanuts while we were waiting for the food. Food was average prices for a steak house. Our meal was less than $40. Total.
Late afternoon meal, the bartender was very inexperienced BUT she was quick to learn and not afraid to ask customers about what drink they ordered, look it up in the drink binder, or just consult the rectangle of knowledge for help. I believe her name was Emily? Anyways, if I'm in the area again I'll probably Uber over for a meal.
Wonderful steak house with excellent food. The sirloin steak is center cut (which is best), juicy, tender and delicious. Their bread is good too and their sweet potatoes are scrumptious!
