To take out line was long but got through very fast. They have a good setup for takeout. Don't be misled when you see the line because it does go quickly.
I love their chicken nuggets. I got a Market salad this time with nugget chicken, it was delicious, crisp and very fresh!
Much easier to get to the restaurant and lots of seating. We rarely went in Florida as the place was a zoo and had very little seating. This location is great.

Now open!!! Line was long as expected on opening day. But didn't wait that long. Was well organized and the workers were very excited and upbeat! They even have police directing traffic to help things run smooth! So happy to have Chick-fil-A in Kalamazoo! Food was good as well!!!!

Amazingly efficient!! Do not be afraid of the line... it looks intimidating but it moves freaky fast! Employees super friendly. Made the stop well worth it. We would still be waiting anywhere else. Food was fresh, hot, and delicious!
Excellent place to go the food was very tasty. They use real white meat chicken and it's light and Flaky. Excellent place to take kids as they have a play area indoors. Very clean restaurant nice bathrooms friendly people. it is a little pricey for a fast food restaurant but you get what you pay for

This was a pretty good Chick-fil-A location. The food and service were great. The only thing I didn't like about this location is the parking lot. It felt a bit cramped and I had to walk across 2 drive thru lanes in order to get in and out of the restaurant. Like I said though, the food and service
