I had the best experience this week at Biggby! We stopped in to get coffee for the office, and spring a 20 drink order on the baristas. Not only were they and the manager unbelievably kind, in spite of our tall ask, but went above and beyond. They helped us tag every drink, had great conversation with us, and made an impromptu run to the store to pick up more cookies to complete our cookie freeze order. They made an extra drink and sent it with us, helped carry our treats to the car, and gave us drink passes for the wait. This location’s customer service was on point! Thank you for the great experience!!
This Biggby is the best! My family doesn't just come were for the coffee, we come here for the experience. The staff here is truly exceptional! Best Biggby in town hands down.
I went there this morning at like 6:50/7 am ish, I just moved here from a smaller area and the girls this morning were great. My sandwhich was cut in half?? I don’t know if that’s a bigby standard or if my location back home was lacking but I was AMAZED by that. And my mock tail tasted different than usual, which is outstanding it’s so much better than my normal location. The 2 girls that were working did so well with making my items and I’m definitely coming back. The little things matter and this place definitely made it a great experience enjoying my food, they for sure deserve a performance bonus!❤️
Nice staff and tasty beverages! Bonus was there a week before Christmas and they weren't overdoing the Christmas music LOL!

I visited this biggby on south westnedge in portage mi on veterans day 2022. I was treated with so much respect & honor. Thank you for supporting veterans! They even gave my son, who is not a veteran a free coffee, plus a coupon for me to get a specialty drink. I believe it may have been the owner of this franchise, so he would have had that authority to make that decision. Just wanted to let you know, you made my day & I'm very appreciative of what you did. It may have been just a coffee, but it is those little things that mean more!! Thank you again for your support!! Your kindness did not go unnoticed!! Highly recommend this location!!
Friendly staff, and I like that this location repeats your order back when they hand it to you (this is not standard for all Biggby's). I'm diabetic, and absolutely require sugar-free syrups in my lattes. The sugar-free mocha sauce at Biggby tastes so good that it's sometimes difficult to tell whether or not the batista got your order correct; I've had issues at the Gull Road location, but never here.
I higy recommend the iced sugar-free mocha mocha latte, but beware: this is not a low-calorie drink. 😀
I love this coffee shop. The employees are always nice and very fast. They've never messed up my order. The drive-through situation is a little funky. Because the drive-thru is shared between two businesses, you have to be careful not to accidentally block any space for the other business.
The lines can get pretty long but what do you expect for early morning coffee rushes? Lines move fast enough and the food is good. I have never had an incorrect order.
The drinks were delicious! It did take quite awhile in the drive-thru even though they're was only one other car in front. They also do not accept the "West Michigan" biggby coupons that come in the mail while all the other kalamazoo/portage biggbys I've gone to do. The service was pretty friendly!
If you like lattes that taste more like coffee than the flavor then this is a great coffee shop for you. I'm one of those heathens who like more sugar and flavor than coffee so they're lattes always taste to strong to me. But they're frozen drinks are great and with an added shot of flavor the hot lattes are great.
I love this place! Love the coffee and the people who work here! It's so cozy and the coffee is amazing. Their donuts are good or at least that's what the kids say haha. But the bagels and muffins are to die for!
