Review Panera Bread - Portage

Sip club $12 a month. I'm drinking way more than $12 a month in coffee and soda. Easily spend a couple hours in the morning, drinking coffee on my phone and tablet, sitting by the fire! ☆☆☆☆☆

Highly recommend the sip club program. I'm in and out for a coffee before church and back for a charger after. And any other time I come to town I just swing in for a soda. It's the best!

I'm trying to eat more healthy so I went to Panera. I will have to say they have the best salads. Today I ordered the chicken poppy seed salad. It was so fresh and lite and delicious. All the fruit in the salad was fresh and tasty. I know, I should have order the side apple but...I love their bread. Hey, I did order the 1/2 salad. I can't go healthy all at once.

Ordered online and picked up in the drive through, had to check my order because it was missing some items. They asked me multiple time to make sure I was telling them the truth about missing items. I spent quite a bit and had given a great tip, and then being asked multiple times to make sure it was not in the bag was ridiculous.

Panera always has top quality food. They employ a lot more technology than most other national chains. Rapid checkout is simply amazing. Really one of the best places to eat whether dining in or ordering for pickup!

Took longer than we felt it should have. Vanilla latte was excellent and muffins good and moist. The atmosphere is open, so there is no area for privacy, such as conversation, but very nice inside.

This location has the best Morning Drive Thru crew ever. I'm apart of the sip club so I stop by every morning for coffee. The ladies are so awesome that most of the time I just give my number and they tell me they will see me upfront. Once I pull up they have my order down to a T. Coffee made just the way I like it and a cup of ice. What a way to make a customer feel known and not just a number. Great Job crew!

Great service clean and friendly. Great salad. I had the Spicy thai chicken salad with almonds. Delicious paired with a frozen strawberry lemonade(a must on hot days)

I got there a bit late in the evening and many dishes were no longer available. Otherwise, I really love the healthier options they normally offer.

Very poor customer service. We came up to the front and was next in line to order. The register worker asked us to "wait a minute" and proceeded to fill a LARGE carry-out order while a long line developed behind us. At least 5 employees were nearby and they neither helped him or helped us as we stood there waiting for him to finish. Not even joking, the second he was done an employee finally decided to walk up and help check people. So frustrating. Additionally, they didn't give us a knife for our bagel. When we asked for one they were so rude saying that we didn't "see" the knife on the plate even though there was NO knife on the plate. And to top it off, the bathroom floors have NOT been mopped or cleaned in ages, and the trashcan is piled so high of paper-towels and trash that you can't get fresh paper towel without it getting into the dirty trash can. I would write a review to Panera Bread's website but they don't even offer customer feedback options. We love the food but were so disappointed in the service that we won't be coming back to this location.

This is consistently the filthiest establishment I’ve ever eaten at. The bathrooms are overflowing with trash in the stalls and all over the floor. Food debris all over the dining room and just about every table was filthy, despite the restaurant being half full. I’ll stick to any other location but this one.

The food is great the staff are on the ball. Just a little to costly. Will eat there again, hope the one in Adrian Mi will be as good

I had a salad and my husband had tomato soup and a Sierra turkey sandwich. The food was okay, but many of the tables had dirty dishes on them. If they had been cleared they weren't wiped. The floor was a mess. All the employees just kept walking around ignoring the mess. There were no towels in the ladies room. I'm not sure if/when we'll be back.

Too expensive to serve sandwiches (Steak & White Cheddar) in which you have to spit out pieces of inedible meat/fat each bite...

The WORST panera ever. � Everything about this place is dirty. Nasty place... �

We (my hubby and I) love Panera, and go every Sunday after church. The food is delicious. I have never had something there that I was disappointed in. I just wish the rewards were a little bigger for us old people. I take my granddaughter to Panera in Portage when she visits because she loves the mac' and cheese!

Food was good but the restaurant itself was very dirty! Dirty tables everywhere and floors looked like there had been a food fight.

Not impressed with food . Had a hard time finding a clean table , I noticed while sitting there tables were being cleared but not cleaned . Outside had the same dirty dishes on the tables when we left as they had when we went in ! I am doubtful that we will be back .

Absolutely horrible service. Rapids pick up was completely the wrong sandwich. When I called back she said she MIGHT be able to refund it. I'm still hungry with no food so I hope I get the refund.

Yummy Italian sandwich and onion soup is my go to an hot green tea

I love the food at Panera, I eat it at least once a week. My go to is the Southwest Chili Lime Ranch Salad with Chicken and the Roasted Turkey, Apple, and Cheddar Sandwich. The ingredients themselves are amazing, this location just doesn’t seem to know how to put them all in your order. Tonight was the 4th time I’ve received a salad without avocado. Twice before they didn’t give me chicken. I ordered extra cabbage apple slaw for the sandwich because multiple times I’ve received it without slaw at all. So I pay the extra dollar just to make sure I get some and got an extra surprise as well... a huge toothpick laying horizontally in my sandwich that I only found when I bit into it and thought almost chipped a tooth. The toothpick didn’t even break it was so hard I initially thought it was a bone in the turkey. So now my teeth hurt as well as under my tongue where the tip poked me and I’m not even sure if I’m even going to be able to eat now. We always get our food to go and over the summer we visited several times and would not receive our chips or fruit cups. I can understand if you sell out but that was never the case, they just wouldn’t put them in. We started meticulously checking our orders after about the 5th time but who is going to dig through a salad looking for avocado before leaving the store? Also, when we would realize we were missing items while in the store still and would tell them, they would give us the item but never even act like they were sorry. For as much as you pay to eat here, you’d think they would take a little time to get it right. I love Panera and will continue to eat there, just not at this location ever again. I’ve said the last 3 times there was a problem that I was through with this store but tonight I truly mean it. That toothpick was the last straw!

Love it, so delicious place to go eat! Love the coffee as well...Hope and soon we have a Panera Bread in south Texas.

I tried a new sandwich and salad. Both were wonderful and I look forward to returning.

Love Panera's but service was slow yesterday. But got better.

I enjoy Panera Bread very much but tired of coming in at the Portage location around 10:00 and most of your bagels are already gone. Also the hot water tea is never hot.
