Best place around to get Lobster Bisque. Staff and service is top notch, always friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend to anyone that is a fan of soup.

Their soups are delicious. I tried a sample of Alligator Gumbo, Chicken Pot Pie, Corn Crab Chowder and Lobster Bisque. I ended up buying alligator gumbo and corn crab chowder. Was a tough decision deciding they all were delicious.
And the staff were knowledgeable, kind, willing to help. There were only 2 employees I saw and they were working hard.
It's so worth the wait and I will be back. Thank you for making delicious food.

Kitty and Izzy were OUTSTANDING!!! We were soooo excited to see a Zoup! in Portage, MI; we couldn’t wait to go there. They’re CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING and the food was/IS FANTASTIC! This was my first time coming here and I can say without a doubt the food was better than I expected you can tell it's made fresh, they let you sample soups before you eat it which you don't see very often. I was very impressed with the food, the speed of the service and overall quality of the experience. I will definitely be coming back!
We had a great experience here this evening. Staff was friendly and demonstrated excellent customer service. Food was delicious, but that's a given here.
Loved the soup. Yes maybe a bit pricey, but the choices look healthier than burgers and other choices from the area

We were first timers and the gal behind the counter was very sweet and patient with us. The soup options are insane! Not only do they have over 100 options (12 different ones are shared daily) but at least 50% of them were gluten free, vegetarian, vegan and dairy free. And to make the experience even better, they offer free samples of each! I enjoy vegan options overall. I tried the tomato and black bean chili. Hands down black bean chili takes the win! I also tried their broth bowl. The lemon roasted vegetable. This is THE BEST vegetable broth I’ve ever had. We bookmarked this amazing sip of heaven to our favorites. This is a must try for experience and quality.
High hopes for this place but wasn't real.high on their chicken noodle..it tasted weird. Service was amazing and my salad was good!

I've been here 4 times over the last few months, 3 times for lunch and 1 time for dinner. No matter the time of day or how busy they are, the store is always clean and every employee has been friendly and welcoming. They always ask if I've ever been in or if I want any samples. My food is always ready quickly and is so good and filling. I have to practice serious self-restraint to not order the lobster bisque once a week.
